We call our good friend Steve! When we first moved to Yerington people told us not to call Marraccini's because they were too expensive. "Call my cousin ---- he can come over when he gets out on bail and will not charge much if you pay him cash." OhhhKaaaay! They are expensive, but they always do good work, come when they say they will (even at 9:00 on Thanksgiving) and follow-up with any problems. They are professional and take the time to really explain the mysteries of plumbing and what we need to do to prevent them from coming back again. While I am hoping we will never need to use them again, if we do have a plumbing malfunction, we will call them.

Having moved on to cleaning the refrigerator cooling mechanism the first step was to closely examine the type of footing it had and adjust accordingly. Afterwards the kitchen floor was vacuumed and the refrigerator adjusters set to insure it was absolutely level, hence another reason yet for continuous annual appointments without a second thought.

He went above and beyond at the house, putting on a new dryer hose at no cost. He also had to go into the crawlspace after the air pressure to clean the vent was not working. That's where he found a broken hose that he fixed it at no extra cost! I'd be writing a good review even if they hadn't done those extra things because they were efficient, thorough, and explained everything they were doing at each step (because my job needed extra steps). I love supporting family-owned and newer businesses who have integrity and care about doing a good job at a reasonable price. I mentioned to Chris that something went awry after we tried to secure the cover of the Nest thermostat (it was loose from the wall). The AC had worked before but after doing something with the cover, the AC stopped working. Chris quickly found the problem (a fuse had blown out). Chris was very professional, gave me some ideas on a Honeywell thermostat (we're not BIG fans of the new NEST thermostat), showed me how to read the error codes on our furnace (watch the number of red light flashes and compare it to the brochure left with the furnace). It was easy, peasy, even someone like me who has no HVAC experience could do this. I can't thank Chris enough for his great personality, true professionalism, answered my questions, taught me a few things (learning something new is always good) and even loved on my 2 labs (turns out we both love animals). Thank you, Chris! You're the absolute best! Sierra Air is *very* lucky to have you on their staff.
