They changed our heating system from oil to natural gas, replaced all our ducting top/bottom and installed central a/c. From beginning to end the process was spot on. Their technicians were professional on all levels from communication to performance. I love love love these guys. Their prices were competitive. They communicated their plan and schedule well and showed up when promised. They were always professional on all levels and were fantastic with covid protocols, keeping both technicians and our family safe. Our house has never held even temperatures from room to room. There has always been a huge discrepancy. As we are encountering some cold spells, I am ecstatic that all rooms are the same temp!! I am excited for summer but I am sure it will be the same experience...

Saved myself over $1500 by ordering the parts online. Paid…read more100 or something for a diagnosis because my heater stopped working . First replaced the igniter and said would be an additional 300. After that he realized it was a different issue and seen that the control board needed to be replaced . He told me this part alone was $1500 and I definitely couldn't afford it , and it was a few months ago when it was really cold. He kept trying to pressure me to sign up for a members program and pay 20 a month and I kept trying to tell him no over and over and over . He said he could knock the total price down to 1200 if I signed up. I felt like he was attempting to take advantage of me , kept mentioning how cold it was and how I'll change my mind soon. Turns out the ignitor was on Amazon for $30 , extremely easy to install , and the control board is found online for $150, which was also very easy to do. If he wasn't so steep in the prices I probably would have paid that day but I am glad I stuck it out and only used them for a diagnoses. Anyone going to these guys just keep that in mind .

At the beginning of the pandemic, I messaged Paschall through Facebook and not only did they respond quickly but they also allowed me to send video and get a general idea for what we needed. We waited because at the time it wasn't urgent but after my mom broke her leg this February, we knew we could not put it off any longer. I called and got a quick appointment and Matthew showed up on time. He was pleasant and FAST. The job was done and done well, in about 15 minutes AND it came in under estimate. Everything was completed quickly and better than expected. I thought perhaps we would be left with a small hole or something but it looks better than the original shower head did in its place. I highly recommend and would use them again, hopefully with Matthew doing the job.

I had another appointment that day, so I canceled and didn't bother to reschedule.
