Thankfully, in another review, someone mentioned their name, as I wasn't sure of the company's name. I called, getting Mary Jane on the phone with her perky voice! Mary Jane gave me a quick initial quote for 10 vents and let me know how much any additional vents would cost, and that the dryer vent was part of the package. I was able to get on their calendar quickly! Chuck and Alastair arrived and got to work, once I was able to introduce the dogs. The two of them were friendly and professional, letting me know what was happening next. They made sure to replace everything they needed to move to gain access to the vents, plus they put in a new air filter as they were finishing the intake for the system! Jorge checked the vent from outside the house, explaining what he was seeing as he cleared out whatever he could find. Since that didn't fix the dryer issue, the dryer company sent out a (pretty lazy) service person, who took a brief look and said it was still the vent. Jorge offered to come back and take another look, even going down in the crawl space to disassemble and reassemble the dryer vent to see what else he could find. Nothing. How ironic, THE CUSTOMER has to deal with an AI 'BOT when service is needed, but the salesman pitch, er the comfort advisor, has to be face to face. I think the company would just be better to abandon the heating and air business all together. They might try selling high risk investments from Wall Street.
