He responded to my voice mail within the hour. We set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time and even gave me a text message to say he was on his way. The first appointment did not yield a solution to the problem with the Frigidaire side by side refrigerator because he could not test the sensors unless the unit had been plugged in for a couple days. When he returned two days later, he tested the sensors and found nothing wrong. This unit has a design flaw that allows water to spill over the "U" shaped fill tube into the ice maker. Once the unit was allowed to thaw, the ice build up went away and so did the noise. He only charged me for one service call. I think Servando is a welcome addition to the appliance repair field and he is my first call from now on. He is honest, knowledgeable, and prompt!

Conveniently the day of our appt I receive a call from Lindsay saying that we will need to reschedule our appt because the technician is out sick. I told her that doesn't work for us, we already took the day off for this and can't take another day off. I asked if they could send another technician during a different time this day and was told no, they only have one technician.
