Of the 3 dryer vent cleaning companies I called, not only did BBV *answer*, then call me back asap, but even was able to squeeze in a service in between calls! Imagine a new rental with so much hair in the vents it was very nearly a fire hazard, and 1 company didn't respond/answer at all and another was over 2 weeks out - ma'am, the place would be ashes by then! Shoutout to Frank and Rodrigo, as well as the office administrator who originally fielded my call: they sent Frank out same-day to inspect our situation (which other places were quoting days to weeks out), and Frank was responsive and offered to even come early if I needed him to! He gained trust fast and offered to continue to answer questions over text if needed beyond the estimate appointment. He gave me details on what kinds of systems to look for, even if we didn't choose Ross for the service! Then, when we chose Ross, they scheduled the replacement FAST with us which was important not to have to wait weeks for our A/C to be working again. Rodrigo and team who came out to complete the replacement were fast, efficient and so friendly! They demonstrated care and kindness the entire time, truly above and beyond customer service. When we discovered the next day we needed our pilot light relit, we texted Frank who then sent Rodrigo same day to get that corrected - just incredible and top notch service from start to finish! Freon was leaking and since my unit was 24 yrs old and the Freon used for my model was no longer available. This is totally understandable and I knew this day was coming. I naturally got a quote for replacement for my AC unit as well as my furnace, because my furnace was needing to be replaced as well within the next year or two so I decided I was likely going to do both at once to save me a headache in a year or two. For the record, Ross H&A was not the company who did my maintenance. Ross Heating and Air was the last estimate I got and I could not have been more impressed with everything they presented. They made the decision easy. They were honest, fair, and local. About 10 days later everything was replaced and looked great. And to put a bow on this that eas done, when the city inspector came to inspect the work he even mentioned that Ross does great works. Make this company your go to for all things heating and air.

I'm happy to say the system is still running flawlessly and has continued to do so without a single issue. Everything Fernley Repair fixed has held up exactly as it should. No new problems, no follow-up visits needed, and no loss of performance over time. It's been dependable through every season, which brings a lot of peace of mind. I'm just as grateful now as I was then for their honesty, professionalism, and quality of work. My trust in them has only grown, and I still would not call anyone else for HVAC or appliance repairs.
