I am happy to finally have Peavine come to my house and fix my air ducts a previous electrician disconnected by stepping on them while in the atttic without telling me and finding out after my ac wasnt cooling the house! Luis, the owner is a hands down professional that knows his stuff. Honesty and integrity in this business is key unlike other companies who hire commission based sales guys who know nothing but to jack up the prices and sell you a system just to make the most money. Peavine was the only company in town who could give me a straightforward assessment of what it would cost to get my system fixed and was able to get the job done as promised with no doubt and at a fair price. Do not go with those companies that take your money before they even touch your system then tell you they'll refund you back your prepayment after you hire them. Outstanding! In every sense of the word. I sent a request through Yelp to get someone to help me understand what was happening with my airconditioning unit. I have it serviced every single year so I was a little concerned when it completely stopped working. I usually go with one of those big name HVAC companies, but this time all of them wanted $89 to come out and try and tell me what was wrong!!! $89 I mean, what kind of weird number is that for a "dispatch" fee. I mean if your people are nice, they're knowledgeable their educated on what they're doing. Why would you need to charge a fee because you're gonna do the work anyway??? That makes no sense to me. - I'm sure glad I didn't go with them!! Lewis showed up AT THE SCHEDULED 9AM time ( not between a 4 hour window) in a professional vehicle with a neat and tidy backpack. He took a look at everything I was telling him and then was able to communicate with me on what was going on. I did send him a quick video and explain what was happening ( this was me doing that not asking for it) prior to his arrival. He was absolutely amazing to work with! I didn't feel rushed or made to feel Stupid. Usually when the other companies come out, I feel like they're just pissed to even be there, you know. Luis was able to establish what I needed, get the part and install the part all in the same day!! He also was able to do my yearly maintenance on my air-conditioning unit and my furnace. I went to yelp to find a heater repair service. I noticed Peavine Heating had a 5 star rating, said they had a 15 min response to your inquiry. They weren't kidding! I believe it was around 9:30 am they said they could have Luis out in the morning! Wow. I just had the most incredible experience with this company. Our AC went out on a 100 degree day. I called Luis, after reading Yelps, and left a message. 10 minutes later he calls me back.
