So who do…read moreyou call when it is 9:00 Thanksgiving evening and the water is backing up in the kitchen sink and the detritus of our turkey dinner is congealing on the counter? We call our good friend Steve! When we first moved to Yerington people told us not to call Marraccini's because they were too expensive. "Call my cousin ---- he can come over when he gets out on bail and will not charge much if you pay him cash." OhhhKaaaay! They are expensive, but they always do good work, come when they say they will (even at 9:00 on Thanksgiving) and follow-up with any problems. They are professional and take the time to really explain the mysteries of plumbing and what we need to do to prevent them from coming back again. While I am hoping we will never need to use them again, if we do have a plumbing malfunction, we will call them.

Having moved on to cleaning the refrigerator cooling mechanism the first step was to closely examine the type of footing it had and adjust accordingly. Afterwards the kitchen floor was vacuumed and the refrigerator adjusters set to insure it was absolutely level, hence another reason yet for continuous annual appointments without a second thought.

He went above and beyond at the house, putting on a new dryer hose at no cost. He also had to go into the crawlspace after the air pressure to clean the vent was not working. That's where he found a broken hose that he fixed it at no extra cost! I'd be writing a good review even if they hadn't done those extra things because they were efficient, thorough, and explained everything they were doing at each step (because my job needed extra steps). I love supporting family-owned and newer businesses who have integrity and care about doing a good job at a reasonable price. I will be proud to be a returning customer of Mountain Top Vents and will trust them also with my refrigerator and AC unit in the near future.

Anthony from Cool Breeze came in and immediately went the extra mile, not only checking out our existing units but also taking the time to go up into our attic (very hard to get to) and down into our crawl space to make sure that any new equipment we bought wouldn't be compromised by bad insulation or ducting. We were immediately impressed with the effort and with the clarity of the info he provided, and he also had a very easygoing manner that made us feel comfortable/unpressured in considering the options Cool Breeze presented. After Anthony's on-site assessment, we spoke with James at the main office, who took a ton of time providing us with very clear and sensible options. We had a bunch of follow-up questions, and he handled them all thoroughly, taking the time after hours to provide additional estimates and helping us make sure we were making the best possible choice. While we haven't made a final decision yet, we were very impressed with how Cool Breeze presented themselves and how knowledgeable they were. No matter what we decide, we wouldn't hesitate to use their services in the future.
