Do not take your vehicle here. They have no idea what they're doing. The window doesn't sit right. There is a huge gap on the inside between the windshield and the eyesight cameras. All but one retaining clips are gone, and the bead they used got everywhere. Save yourself time and money by going somewhere professional. read more

When I needed my windshield replaced, I went to the local FB groups for recommendations. Fast Glass out of Fallon was mentioned many times with raving reviews so I booked with them right away. I wish I'd checked Yelp first! My windshield was replaced on a Wednesday morning and I was told that I could take my tape off in two days, and to leave the windows cracked. I let that vehicle sit as it was left by the Fast Glass techs, and when I needed to run an errand over 48 hours later (Friday) I decided to take my car. I immediately noticed that the windshield was not sealed as I could hear air spilling in through the windshield, and I noticed my windshield wipers sounded off (nearly brand new car). I called the owner immediately and explained what was going on and he had techs to my house a few minutes before I even got home. I was pleasantly surprised at how on it they were! The tech sealed it again (he knew where it was coming from just from looking under the hood), and he filled it with horribly messy sillicone blamed ME for getting water under the hood before the glue had sealed. What actually happened is that he removed my weatherstrip and didn't replace it, but I didn't realize all of this until later. Apparently this guy also doesn't know how to screw down bolts as the next day when we took my car to a dealership to trade it in the manager told me my wipers weren't working at all. Thankfully I have a handy husband and he was able to tighten the bolts himself. I reached out to Fast Glass Fallon and had the worst customer service experience, and it was 100% their fault. I have no idea what my insurance and I paid a combined $550 for because this was such embarrassing work. I see this page is unclaimed, but if the owner ever claims it and responds, I can attach screenshots of the work that was done and my email conversations with them. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

We had an appointment for 10a-2p to get an estimate. Took the day off as we work in Reno and didn't want to go back and forth. Missed out on pay and these guys didn't have the professionalism to even call. I Facebook messaged them after not being able to reach anyone at the phone number provided. I'm not sure if they're representative of all Fast Glass or if they have poor management, but the one in Carson City I had 5 star experience with 10 years ago. I hope if they are separate branches that this one doesn't ruin the reputation of the other ones. I'll be calling the other branches tomorrow to see if I can get some answers, but these people in Fallon have definitely left a bad impression as we can all see on Yelp reviews. There are a lot of other quality rated businesses that maybe I should have went to first. Lesson learned. I wrote to them and as you can see, they read it and didn't respond with any apology or explanation. I found a really good glass company in Reno. I urge you to keep looking. read more

Replaced the windshield on my F-150. Quoted 1 hour to do the job but was done in 40 minutes. Cost was less than the Safelite shop in Reno which would of added $40 in gas if I had driven there. Definitely recommend this business. read more

Good job and showed up as promised. They must have done something right as the car's lane-keeping camera did not have to be re-calibrated by the dealer. I would suggest however not to use the upholstery of the car as a workbench to place your power tools on. And maybe the suction cup marks could be cleaned off the glass after the glass is installed. And it didn't take all that long to clean up the dashboard afterward. All in all, I am quite pleased with my windshield replacement and would not hesitate to call them in the future. read more

After not calling on a Friday when it was supposed to be done, we were met with attitude and a complete mess of a car. 3 windshield moldings flew off a couple miles down the road. After realizing not all the clips were installed I took it back with the road rash molding. After 3 hours in the waiting room they just put it back on and didn't offer to buy a new one. They tried to "buff" out a scratch in the new windshield but now just distorts the area. I take it home to wash it and it leaked about a quart on both floor mats I called back AGAIN and was offered ANOTHER appointment. We'll take it somewhere else and get the whole job re-done! We have received poor service from the Fallon Nevada Fast Glass. 1. We returned after 3 hours to pick up our car after a windshield replacement. It was not even started. They messed up, and forgot about it. 2. When we finally picked up the car, the mirror was 2 inches away from the center of the windshield. We had to bring it back to get it realigned. 3. We set up an afternoon appointment to have our residential shower glass problem corrected....they never showed up. We had to call to see if they were coming. They didn't. They didn't even call us!! 4. So....we set up a following morning appointment. THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP AGAIN!! They didn't call us. Now it's the afternoon.....hopefully they show up. Dan the manager is very friendly....maybe too friendly. It appears his team doesn't respect him. OR....... Dan is simply inept at his job. Would it be too much for Fast Glass in Fallon to at least call when they can't make their appointments??? Very unprofessional. read more

I set up an appointment to meet a windshield installer in Carvers, Nevada at a friends house, because I live 35 miles away on the other side of a mountain accessed by a dirt road, and was told the installer would be there between 6:30 a.m and 7:00a.m. It turns out he arrived at 5:50 a.m and left a voice mail message that said they were outside the residence and to call them back,lf not they would be leaving for Tonopah in a few minutes. They didn't leave a callback number or go to the door and announce themselves. I called the shop when they opened and was told they didn't know what they could do. Left me hanging with a busted truck window . Lousy customer relations . I will never use them again. read more

Go to Fallon Auto glass and more if you want good service. I called fast glass about a month ago to get my window installed on my house. First off when they called to a measurement they never called me back to give me a quote or let alone let me know they had been to the house. I should of known then to stop my business with them then. But no I let them quote me 200 and tell me it would take 2 to 3 weeks for the window to be order. I waited 3 weeks called them to see what's going on. They had my window but never called me to tell it was in. I set up an appointment a week out. That appointment is today, Suppose to be in the morning. By afternoon I had to go to an appointment no one had shown up. I called the business to tell them I would be gone for an hour they said ok we will let our guys know. I'm home in less than an hour waiting and waiting now I'm supposed to pick up my daughter from school, I call fast glass. They tell me that their guys tried calling me they did not call, but they had been to my house, I have had my phone with me this entire time. Then come to find out they don't even have the right sized window! What? So I have the choice of having them make me a glass but that's not guaranteed or they can order one that has to take 2 to 3 weeks to get in. No thanks so I called a local glass company such better service already received a measurement and quote for 60 dollars less than fast glass. I have done business with Fast Glass Fallon NV twice. I ordered a rear side glass for our 99 Crown Vic. I called on Monday to order the glass & make an appointment to get the glass installed. Today Thursday I had an 11am appointment to get the glass at installed. We came from out of town arrived at 10:45am NO GLASS. Told by Dan it would be there at 1pm. So 1pm we return NO GLASS. So they removed the broken glass & for an hour I'm told it will be here in 5 minutes. Finally at 2:30pm they get the glass & install it. Two years ago I ordered a windshield for our 95 F150. again coming from out of town. It took Dan 2 hours to install the windshield. I have had many windshields installed & never waited over a half an hour to have a windshield installed on older trucks with an appointment. Once I thought was a BAD DAY. Twice is an UNPROFESSIONAL, & INCOMPETENT business. You people should be embarrassed to call yourselves a glass company let alone FAST. We will never do business with you people again. read more
