This is my regular stop every morning. They know me by name and of course my drink, large unsweetened ice tea with lemon plus an occasional hame and cheese Bragel. The owner is a great guy who is actively involved with the business. He has this store and recently opened a second location on SR23 bear IP mall. Far better than Starbucks. Great staff friendly and efficient. My favorite morning stop even on the weekends. read more

I've been getting coffee here every time I come to Elkhart and I have to say that it has totally went down hill. Total I received the absolute rudest treatment that I have ever experienced in my life. I will never stop at this Bigby ever again. I may never stop at any of them again after dealing with the young twit manager that I had to encounter again It's too bad that with all that's going on in the world today rude people use that as an excuse to be even worse. read more

We were one car away from the window and the girl at the drive through made a motion with her hand to say we are done, closed. We were the only car left in line so we asked, "Cant you take one more?" Organic and fairtrade coffee keeps me coming back. The coffee shop is always clean and comfortable. I came in the other day and they were stressed...busy and training a new person. They made some mistakes and the staff was immediately accountable and did what they could to make things right. I was so impressed with the integrity exemplified by the staff. I used to buy coffee here daily with my fiancé, we are not visiting this location again. First off the owner of Biggby Coffee in Elkhart (CR6) and Granger (Cleveland Rd) treats his employees like absolute garbage, I have heard this happen in the store as I am waiting for my drink on more than one occasion. First chalked it up to employees not working well, have since realized that he's just a condescending jerk. I've also had acquaintances attempt to work for him and they could not last solely because he is passively abusive to everyone, all day, just because. Not long after the elkhart location opened I noticed he had hiring signs out, I happened to be about 3 months pregnant at the time but went in to apply. I was a daily customer and he seemed very interested almost right away, until I mentioned I was early into pregnancy, then he immediately told me he wasn't looking for anyone at the time and to come back after I gave birth. To top the charts, he has also been carelessly potentially exposing both employees and customers to COVID on a daily basis, but continues to actually get angry with employees who needed testing. All of his lasting employees are becoming rude and pushy too. Seriously, go anywhere ANYWHERE else. read more

Stopped in while passing through on a road trip. The interior was clean and pleasantand the staff as friendly and eager to take our order. We ordered an Americano and iced espresso. Both tasted great and were made quickly and efficently. We were a bit worried about coming due to the other reviews but it looks as though they were groundless because we left completely satisfied. read more

And, I was maybe a bit too happy to have a coffee shop that remains open later than 4PM. The other reviews are accurate--scripted and frustrating small talk; customers who are too busy chatting w/ one another or their visiting friends to take a simple order, prices that don't make sense given the quality of the product. Oh, and gnats. I've been swatting gnats this whole visit. Additionally, the noise levels are absurd. Between the workers, the overly loud music, and the TV (which is currently set to C-SPAN), it's just about impossible to block it out and enjoy a productive hour. I won't be back. read more

I miss judged the biggby coffee shop, good people, the iced Frappuccinos are not to sweet and strong tasting like Starbucks Coffee, the price of coffee products are about the same price of Starbucks and that's ok to me. You buy a few drinks it pays to use there free WiFi as they say, but that's fine. Music is a little loud, but that's so people can chat oh and it's cold in here but that's because it's busy in here. The atmosphere is bright and homey, and 1 TV for the none tech savvy people. read more

So I thought I would give the Elkhart location another try. I have learned my lesson that I will only go to the South Bend/St. Joseph location. The ladies at the Elkhart location were too busy in their own conversation to even wait on any customers. A lot of unnecessary chatting going on about guys. I was surprised to find that this location offers egg breakfast sandwich, because other locations that I have gone to don't offer egg. This has been my go to stop for years. But lately they have been awful. Their outside line has been at least a 10-15 minute wait even when there are only a few cars. But after the last visit I will not return. I waited in line for 25 minutes only to get up to order and was told they where closed. It was 6:01 and I had been sitting there since almost 5:30. He then proceeded to argue with me and said he was watching the camera and accused me of being a liar. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me I would have to call tomorrow. So I did, I left a voicemail and never received a call back. I even reached out on Facebook and never got an answer there either. Needless to say will not be returning. read more

One of the gold standards for me, as far as customer service goes. This location was a near-daily stop when I lived in Elkhart, even though it was somewhat out of my way, because employees are unfailingly friendly and personable. I would frequent the drive through with my dog, and they would greet both of us and offer her a biscuit. I've moved farther away, but still make a point to swing by when I'm in the area -- I simply prefer the customer service here to that at nearer coffee shops. Rebecca, Kellie, and Tanya, in particular, are all great. The latte specials are varied and tasty, and I've never had a Bragel or a muffin that disappointed. I am deducting one star though, for the fact that their smallest size for hot beverages is 16 oz. Most days, I don't need (or want) that much. read more

I used to be a Starbucks person all the way until I tried Biggby and now I've switched. Not only do I love their coffee, but every single time I go there (which is A LOT) the staff is always super smiley and friendly. The owner is also very nice and I've chatted with him a few times during my visits. read more

Horrible! Me and my husband were in a bit of a hurry and seen Biggby completely empty. No line in the drive-thru and no one in the lobby so we thought to grab two coffees and a bagel. We got our coffees and after 10 minutes they asked up to pull up to wait on our bagel, then we waited another 20 minutes just for a simple bagel. The coffee is even plain and very over priced for the quality. I advise no one to go here. read more

I have put up with their creepy scripted small talk, getting into arguments over why I wanted brewed coffee over their lattes, and sometimes poorly made coffee for long enough. This morning I sat in the drive through for a while waiting for someone to come over the speaker to take my order. I finally pulled up to look in the window to see if anyone was working. Just some guy sitting on the counter playing with his phone. Probably tweeting about how stupid his job is. Management should take notes from the Michigan stores. Or better yet just give up. read more
