I was still waiting when one of the employees finally asked what I was waiting for. After checking, she found my cup with my name on it sitting there, while my drink had been left in the blender. Another employee looked at it and commented that it had become too watery. Instead of remaking the drink, they simply added more ice, blended it again, and handed it to me. Unfortunately, the drink contained large chunks of ice that wouldn't even fit through the straw. I ended up having to drink it directly from the cup, and even then I kept getting big pieces of ice. For a drink that cost nearly $9, I expected much better quality and customer service. I understand that mistakes happen, but I was disappointed that the drink wasn't remade after it had been sitting so long. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customer

I completely understand and appreciate friendly conversation (it's part of the Dutch Bros charm), but there has to be a balance. When there's a long line of people--many likely on their way to work--waiting that long for a single order just shouldn't happen. After sitting in the drive-thru for a while, I ended up switching it up and ordering ahead instead--and that experience was night and day. Much faster, smoother, and honestly what I'd recommend if you're in a hurry. Overall, this is still one of my go-to spots. I visit the Skyway area for meetings and work events, so am glad that Nevzat's Espresso is here and open for most of the day, as it normally closes at 5pm. It's a small coffee stand that you can drive-thru or walk up to in the parking lot of a church, off the main business drag of Skyway. The owner, Nevzat is super friendly! Every time I visit, he's always in a good mood, making conversation with customers. The menu offers a variety of drinks, and uses Caffe D'arte coffee. They do not have drip, as they only have an espresso machine for making coffee drinks. Look for the seasonal items, as they have many syrups/flavors, as well as blended drinks for warmer weather. They are willing to make your bevvy dreams a reality. In retrospect, some of the flavor combinations I've suggested are nightmares. But, I am a Goblin. The interior has themed rooms which are kept clean by Seattle and Goblin standards, but would be considered fairly dirty anywhere in Japan. It can get busy on the weekends, but this Goblin knows what it's like to be slammed, so I wait patiently and be respectful. It's nice to see an unpretentious flavor forward cafe run by young women doing so well. Their Hazelnut lattes don't lack flavor and taste like you "don't get it". Their coffee tastes like you were finally invited to the dance. While the market has decided that a Goblin will pay at least $8 for a coffee now, I'll fight back my Goblin tears and say "WORTH IT, WORTH IT, YOU ARE WORTH IT!". They let me know that the London fog comes as a concentrate and offered to use slightly less concentrate so that it wouldn't be too sweet with the additional syrup. I was a little skeptical of the fact that they make it from a concentrate because. I feel like a London fog is hard to mess up if you know how to brew tea, but I decided to try it anyway, and I was pleasantly surprised. While it didn't have a strong earl grey flavor, the drink was delicious and still tasted like a London fog and the lavender pear syrup was lovely. It has plenty of seating and is a great place to work from with a decent amount of outlets. Super friendly staff and I loved the dine in mug.
