I frequently watch the managers at this location act like they are Queens(the managers) ruling over the peasants(the staff). When it's busy and the staff are clearly already working hard and quick the managers stand around not helping and urge the staff to go faster and they berate/talk down to staff regularly. In front of customers might I add. It's honestly disgusting to watch the management here have no empathy or kindness for the staff or the customers. I worked in food service as a takeout and server at multiple restaurants for 3 years and when a guest asks for something small that's do-able you try to make it happen. Especially when the staff were also okay with it. But often the managers here are so rigid they refuse to make any reasonable accommodations for customers or staff. I hope there is some re-training for management about appropriate staff and customer interactions.

They were totally out of lau lau. Patrick said call next time and they wil save it for me. So I ordered chicken long rice my usual. It hit the spot since I've been sick all week. We also got too much desserts. All good but that guava cake is delish. Place closes at 3pm, we got there at 1pm and the place was still hopping with happy people. Met this sweet young couple that came from Bremerton to get an abundance of cakes. Place is not large but it's clean, and reminds me of the islands.
