One cannot hear well what the store employee is saying. And, far too many of those folks behind the glass could benefit from a generous portion of public service etiquette. I don't need curt, surly answers simply for asking why the intercom isn't fixed. Someone is asleep at the local switch, and no tellin' what the company's big boys are doing about it neither.
