The prices were a little high and it would have been cheaper to head to one of the shops on Main Street. This store did have a few different cigars and tobacco products which was nice. They also had a little smoking section with pipes and hookahs. Overall the store was OK, but there are better shops in Greenfield with similar items.

When I walked into the store I was amazed to see that what I expected to find in this store was not a reality. My original thoughts were that I would walk into a traditional package store that sold the basic beer, cigarettes, sodas, and frozen meals. I was surprised that when I walked in, the store had some of the basics like soda and snacks, but they also had a clothing section, case of smoking pipes and some unique Hispanic food items. At this store they had different types of beans and canned products. They also had a few different types of "Masa" of corn meal which is found in traditional Hispanic cuisine. The only issues was that the prices were a bit obnoxious, but this is typical of any convenience store. Case and point, I bought a can of jalapenos which was marked at $3.99. When I pulled off the sticker, it had originally been priced at $2.99. They just relabeled the can. In the end, this store is lacking in many different areas, and is not typical of a local area convenience store. The person at the register was polite, but seemed thrown off when I said hello to him.

They saw me walk to the store and stopped to ask if I needed something. I let them know I was trying to buy some milk for my child and they were very understanding and reopened the store so that I could get what I needed. They have great customer service and are very nice people! I would highly recommend this store.

This gas…read morestation is located near a ton of different shops, and overall the gas prices are pretty reasonable while the gas pumps are really quick. The downsides to this station are that it is next to a liquor store which has a ton of traffic. This makes getting in and out a bit dicey at times but not unmanageable. During rush hour the difficulty intensifies but again isn't too terrible. On that same token, you often have to navigate around people walking through to the store. The convenience store here is also really tiny, but serves its purpose. In the end, it's not a bad place to stop, but be prepared to dodge pedestrians and cars when pulling in and out of the lot.

We have seen the television ads for Cha's and stopped for a much needed break after nearly 5 hours behind the wheel. What surprised me when I walked in was the size of the place. On the north side of the store are all the alcohol coolers, the south hade grocery items, their food service counter and dining area, and restrooms. The cashier counter is nearly in the middle. Had I just ran for a tasty beverage, the rating be higher, but... I used the restroom. Two things right off the bat, there are only two unisex bathrooms. One was occupied so used the unoccupied one closest the south entrance. I don't know when it was last checked or cleaned by the staff, but it was filthy. There is a toilet and nearby a low urinal. There was piss all over the floor by the urinal and it ran on the floor to the front of the toilet. There was toilet paper all over the floor like someone had cleaned up the floor in order to use the toilet. Next while I do appreciate the use of hands free sinks and soap dispenser, you have to keep the soap dispenser loaded with soap. Also the only way to try the hands was blower, paper towels not an option. Second issue with the visit- the food. Their advertising touts their pressure fried chicken. The hot chicken sitting in the food service area looked dehydrated and totally unappealing. I grabbed one of their chicken salad with cranberry wraps and a bottle of the new Sprite+Tea. The we were on our way back to MA. Within 30 minutes of eating that wrap, it came back up and not in a good way. By the time we got home an hour later, I was in some serious discomfort. While they have great TV marketing, the store falls short on delivering as far food quality and bathroom cleanliness. Too bad.

The old gas station had a ton of items, but now the new convenience store is huge and packed with even more items. The new pumps are fast, easily accessible and the gas prices are reasonable for this side of town. Overall, this is a great update to Federal Street and I am excited that this Cumberland Farms is 24/7.
