I walked into the store and my guest and I were greeted with a kind warm empathy towards a dire issue where we needed a phone and quickly as we were leaving the state. Im sorry these other folks had such bad times, I can only speak to my experience. THANK YOU, NOVA!

Sometimes we are so quick to complain and write negative reviews, but don't take the time to share such positive experiences. I highly recommend Wireless World. Jose there is amazing to say the least. I went there with a smashed phone. I already knew the phone was smashed so bad that it wasn't going to be worth repairing. Jose went above and beyond to try to help me fix the phone so I could at least retrieve the pictures. He also gave me a very reasonable deal on a iPhone, tempered glass, screen, protector, and case. I would give him a 10 star review if I could. Thank you Jose!

Long review coming!!!! Stolen phone…read more... So. I purchased an iPhone 6S Plus from an electronic store in Holyoke. It worked great, no problems...for WiFi. It turned out the phone was locked to T-Mobile so I had to find somewhere to unlock it for me. This was the fourth place I came, after being recommended here by the Verizon workers of the Holyoke Mall. I went there one day and long story short the guy said he could unlock it for me, great! But it would take at least 3 days. I had a working phone so I didn't really care. Three days pass and no call from the guy. Went to the mall about a week and a half later and he said "I need to talk to you." He then proceeded to look all around for what I was assuming was my phone. He then tells me my phone was STOLEN OFF THE COUNTER. He apologized over and over but what good would that do? The cost to unlock the phone was 160. He pulled out a bag of 'brand new phones' and offers me an iPhone 7Plus for 240 because that's as low as he'd go. I explained to him I'm a new mom who has no income and I couldn't do that. He was really annoying me at this point so he said he'd install a glass screen protector and give me a case free. I said yes just to get out of there. I should NOT have paid as much as I did, THEY had my phone stolen. 100% not going back there to fix a phone again!!

A few years ago, my phone charging port was not working right in and I was in the process of getting new phones and changing providers. He couldn't repair it. He hooked me up with a gadget to charge my phone till I got the new ones. Today I stopped by because every time I plugged my cellphone auto charger into my saddlebag port on my Indian Chieftain motorcycle, it knocked the FM radio right out. All FM. I also have had issues in my truck with certain FM stations using these cheapo chargers. I showed Ibrahim when I brought my bike in today, and he said............"I'll be right back". Brought out his auto charger and BOOM. All good. It takes A to C and C to C cables also! It was the cheap dollar store chargers that were causing all the interference. I had also bought some quality in home wall chargers from him when I got new phones. They work GREAT. He sells "the good stuff" but much cheaper than the phone dealers. I bought 2 of these new auto chargers for our vehicles and 1 for my bike. When my current major carrier contract runs out I may go with a service that he provides because he treats you right and makes sure he can help you. If he can't fix your phone, he can put you in something else. Highly recommend.
