When Ash came to look at our setup, he was in the attack 10 min and back down. Ash was the ONLY plumber who told us that our hot water heater was on max heat and was very dangerous. He was very knowledgeable, taught me how to better manage our next water heater. Other plumbers took 30 min or so to come up with an analysis and quote.... and all were higher in price and "salesy". We had a major watervleak that needed a restoration company involvement. Although about $25K to fix insurance was helpful. During the fix Wes rerouted the culprit pipe. At the end of the project a few months later another leak from the rerouted pipe. Both restoration company and plumber claimed it wasn't their responsibility on new leak and we are now holding the bag (and cost) for the newest damage.....from the same piping. Hard to believe.
