They took much longer to get the repair completed, but were very friendly about it and gave me a ride home while I waited. It wasn't until my bill arrived that there was any issues. This location charged me almost $100 for the part that I was able to purchase on Amazon for $8.99. The most expensive replacement part I could find was at my local Lincoln dealer and it was only $60-65. I asked Damon the GM of this store if he felt good about taking advantage of a disabled veteran and he became very uncomfortable and called me back to find out what he could do to make me feel better. I told him about my research and why I was so upset and apparently he decided much later to refund me $40 of the part price. I shouldn't have to throw a fit to get proper stewardship of my time and money. The attitude and the attempt to take advantage of me warrants the 2 review.

Tom Wood said my vehicle was out of warranty (12k miles or one year and I work from home, so I didn't drive it often). I had Eagle do the valve work, with was over $800. A few months later, I noticed there was still oil leaking. I took it back and they said it wasn't the valves, but is now the top oil pan. I asked didn't they have to touch or remove the oil pan to do the valve work? They said no and said it would be another $800+ to repair. I talked to another mechanic and was told they absolutely had to remove the oil pan to do the valve work. So, my truck is leaking oil and loosing engine pressure because Eagle reduced to honor their warranty and wanted to milk me for money. Update after owners response: I took my vehicle back a few months later and that was the answer given. I did not drive for the majority of 2025 because of a hand injury. I'm writing this response now because of what I was told by a mechanic recently. If they look in their system, they will see they repaired my car and a few months later, I brought it back for a diagnostic because it was still leaking oil. I work from home and put very few miles on my car between 2020 and January 2026.

Jessica helped me at the counter. She was absolutely phenomenal and LOVELY. She got my keys and said they'd have someone run diagnostics on it. I made my self comfortable and waited for about 45 mins until she came back with the results. Thankfully nothing popped up on their tests and she gave me my keys and said no charge. Wow. Just wow. Great service and they were so prompt. I told her that I would be giving them an awesome review- especially her help. I will most definitely be coming back (hopefully not too soon) when I'm in need of service. They also gave a ride to a gentleman that came a little after me. Very nice. I was thinking the tire could be patched, but their mechanic discovered - and showed me - that the interior of the wheel had been damaged as well(!). Since I wasn't local, I was concerned it might take a few days to get a replacement wheel, and certainly didn't want to drive the rest of my trip on the space-saver spare. I was driving through town, all night on the road and had a check engine light come on. My truck automatically governs the speed and makes it a pain to drive. I still have 6 hours to go and saw this place next to a gas station. I stopped in and asked if they could make time to simply read a code so I had an idea of what to tell the dealer at my destination. I informed them that I had no problem on paying for the labor. The mechanic overheard the conversation, quickly came out with the computer, took fifteen minutes to read the code, pop the hood, look for a problem, reset the code, and say "We're good".
