So I had two put on and then two weeks later had the other two put on. Splitting up the cost making it easier on me. When I went to pick up my car, close to closing they told me my sensor in my left front was dead. Never having any problems with my sensors or the old tires before today I was a bit upset. Returned the next day to explain my findings and research about broken sensors and basically guaranteeing it was done accidentally by an employee because it DOES happen A LOT! They offered to replace the sensor at no cost. Lauren, the manager was very professional and extremely nice. (It was also nice to see a female in this type of environment) She related to my situation. This could have gone totally south and in my experience working with public some customers and businesses are ruthless. Not Big O!! I will be returning here for all my car needs. As long as they do it I will be there. Thanks Big O for being courteous, professional and honest. That's what a business is supposed to be like.

I thought the price they charge me for the radiator was a little high so i called the part store the cost was $309.99 Deakins charged me $617.93 about a %100 mark up I thought it must have been a mistake so I called them and spoke to their advisor Jessica Anderson she told me that thats what they do to make money and hung up on me. They took much longer to get the repair completed, but were very friendly about it and gave me a ride home while I waited. It wasn't until my bill arrived that there was any issues. This location charged me almost $100 for the part that I was able to purchase on Amazon for $8.99. The most expensive replacement part I could find was at my local Lincoln dealer and it was only $60-65. I asked Damon the GM of this store if he felt good about taking advantage of a disabled veteran and he became very uncomfortable and called me back to find out what he could do to make me feel better. I told him about my research and why I was so upset and apparently he decided much later to refund me $40 of the part price.
