Shopped all the tire stores in Whitestown and Tire Discounters gave me THE BEST DEAL! Anthony was such a great salesman and manager, they got me right in and kept me informed the entire time. I walk in early on Tuesday morning hoping to get my flat tire taken care of. The crusty old guy at the front desk is rude. " Do you have an appointment" . We cant take you in till tomorrow. Now i had already spoken to the mechanic and he said ohh yeah we can take care of that, just go in through the front door. That plus the fact that the shop was completely empty, with a total of 3 cars in the parking lot and 1 car in the shop. Either they dont want to help repair flat tire and just want to sell tires. Or just that the old guy was not in a good mood. Because they for sure had all the resources , they had more people than cars in the lot. I can read your tone Mr. Front desk. read more

These guys did an unbelievable job trying to get me going back on the road. They went out of their way and clearly care about their customers. I waited four hours in their lobby (gratefully because they had to order my tire) and all I heard was customer after customer thanking them for helping them out. I was out of town and I noticed sidewall damage on my tire. I called tire discounters and they told me to come on in and have a look. They assured me that the tire was safe to drive home and then I can get a tire at a later date. Their honesty was was appreciated. They really took the time to make sure that I was going to be safe. Don't listen to the one star review by Rachit he's full of it. This place is amazing. I had a flat and was able to get into their parking lot. The front desk guy, Chris M, was so helpful and able to get me a great price on a new tire and out the door quick. He also juggled many other tasks that day and was able to help each customer quickly and effectively even with the low staff they had. I have gotten tires at Costco in the past and that's no longer going to happen. Superb customer service is important to me and Tire Discount definitely delivers. read more

Great experience with Tire Discounters in Whitestown! I chatted with an agent online earlier in the day about making an appointment, and went in the same afternoon. I had a full synthetic oil change and wiper blade replacement, and was in & out within about 35 minutes. I got a really great deal on my services, and the staff that I worked with were very friendly and knowledgeable! The shop is really new and very nice. They have a great lobby area for guests that offers plenty of seating, TV's to watch shows, charging stations for your personal devices, and a wet bar with complimentary coffee & bottled waters while you wait! I was going to run some errands one afternoon but saw that my tire was going flat! I refilled it with air but within an hour it had gone down a little. Just to be safe, I wanted to have someone check it out before I drive across the state the very next morning. I called to see if they had any openings before closing and they scheduled me for 5pm the same day. When I parked out front a kind man greeted me and got me checked in. They had me sign a form saying that for tire repairs it was around $30, but if there is no damage then there's no fee. They pulled my car into the bay right away and ended up checking for any damage or air bubbles. They actually didn't find anything so they filled it up to the right tire pressure and told me what may have happened. The customer service was great. I liked how they communicated with me very well about the steps they took and invited me back if something else happens. Well maybe I should have done just that. My tire was low again the next morning so I wanted to get a second opinion. I took it to another tire place who found the problem. They were not able to repair it, but after 3 days the new tire came in and I ended up paying for it. I just wish Tire Discounters would have caught the hole in the first place! read more
