There were several burger size, bubba burger (1/6 lb) patty, double bubba burger (2 patties making up 1/3 lb), and big bubba burger ( patties to make up 1/2 lb). I went with the double bubba burger for an additional $2, you get tomato and lettuce. Otherwise, the burger comes with grilled onions and relish. Definitely nothing fancy burger. True to their logo, the burger wasn't greasy though not exactly juicy, at least not quite dry. Overall, it was alright. Not exactly something, I would make a special stop.

From the outside it looks pretty simple--just a white truck with a menu--but don't let that fool you. I ordered the mahi-mahi fish tacos, which came with red rice and beans, and I have to say they were some of the best fish tacos I've had in my life. My wife ordered the fish and chips (also mahi mahi), and it was delicious too. I've eaten at plenty of food trucks over the years, and this one takes the top spot. Anyways, it was SO good that during our stay, we ended up getting it four times... basically almost every night.
