I attached photos of the final product which is discolored, not evenly stamped, and looks splattered because it was not done well. They also did not seal it properly or align it to the house and caused water damage inside our house due to an opening where water pools under the house. They caused damage to our home because they left an opening in an area and that is flatter and not draining towards our french drains causing water to pool under our house ruining our hardwood floors. They also got concrete all over our house and ruined our paint which had to be redone. They also left slops of concrete that are elevated and look terrible which can be seen in the photos. The concrete is completely dry in these photos and has a bizarre tie dye look due to uneven application of a sealant. They missed stamping an area and initially did not want to fix it but did come back to do this as it was totally unacceptable and right by the front door. When asked about why the stamps were not done evenly, he said it was too hot and it was drying too fast for his crew which should be accounted for with a project because it made the result look sloppy and caused damage to our home. The edges of the concrete all look uneven especially where it should line up with the house. It's also frustrating they did not do the stamps level and are done at an angle which looks bizarre and the lines they created do not line up with the stamps. When I initially hired this company, I told them I did not want a step and this was the reason I chose his company over another one and John (the owner) said that they would demo it and not do this. But on demolition day, he said he realized that it was attached to the foundation and they would have to do that or create a ramp which was a good solution but increased the cost by $500 which was annoying due to his inexperience, so the cost increased throughout this project. It felt like a bait and switch with additional costs throughout likely due to inexperience. When they "sealed" the concrete, they dripped shiny sealant on our existing walkway causing a bizarre discoloration that we also had to have redone by John. We are very disappointed. I hope other home owners read this and make a better choice than we did. The cost of this project has increased exponentially because our hardwood floors are ruined, we need another company to fix the areas by the house that look sloppy and was a disappointing result.
