After my initial review, the team--particularly Ryan--responded to my feedback, addressed the drainage issues, and took corrective steps to improve the condition of my property. That follow-through speaks volumes and turned what felt like a lost cause into a redeemable outcome. Their concrete work itself was solid--five-star quality in terms of craftsmanship and durability. The hiccup came in the cleanup and responsiveness after the project wrapped up.
