I told him I was looking for tile installation. He asked where I got the number. I told him "uhh...yelp?" He said "what do you want." Not as a question, not as a 'hey, it's a customer, maybe I should like...be customer-facing' but as a "what do you want." (with a period). I was calling late-ish (7:20p), expected to just leave a message so whomever could call me in the morning, but he answered. Clearly he was just in a bad mood I guess, but customers tend to not want to have someone treat them like they're being interrogated. If a business isn't ready to be customer-facing, they...shouldn't answer the phones. Sometimes people just want to leave a message so a business can call back at their convenience.

He then decided to start yelling and cussing her out. She then walked out of the room in shock and she came to notified me what was happening and when both of us returned to the room he had already grabbed his tools and left and left his mess for us to cleaned up. We waited to hear back from him and returned phone calls or back to the job.
