They used to make this vegetarian rueben bagel sammy that I loved but don't anymore. I do like the vibes of this place, its like industrial organic rustic?? The staff are not always the most cheerful, and my only 3 star vs 4 star rating is because the bagels are on the smaller size and I don't like that they haven't really tinkered with their menu after all these years. Its just boring? I dunno. I like this place, I don't love this place.

The Cinnamon Raisin flavor ( my absolute favorite for stand alone eating) were freshly baked and I will have one today with my lunch. For sandwiches, I usually choose pumpernickel, a flavor other brands rarely have. This store is much smaller than the other store so their service counter is designed quite differently. They write a paper order slip that you use to pay rather than wait for the bagel handler to give you the order. It moves the line more quickly in this space. By 8 am, there were families with small children already seated and eating. The other store generally serves CU students and sports adults heading out in the morning as well as seniors like us. Parking at both locations is generous, unusual for many destinations in Boulder.

Gave it a shot anyways and had to wait to get home to warm it up as I wasn't impressed. 9/10 warm and 4/10 cold. Should've asked for a refund when he said no. Won't be going back
