Bagel variety was great. Bagels were great tasting and they had all sorts of options. Service was fast. 4 stars because they didn't follow directions on smear. I had delay already and could go back. I'd visit again and give them a 2nd chance. Inside was clean, I liked the local art work, which was cool!

The food was alright but the costumer service was horrible. A girl inside was rude to us unprompred for waiting for our coffee by the pick up counter . We didn't complain about wait times or even ask her anything and she took it upon herself to tell us we need to wait longer because the guy had tickets to do. That's fine, but why snap at us about it when we didn't even say anything?

Just bad, too to bottom. It was like a grocery store bagel sloppily prepared with subpar ingredients like canned Jalepenos and a literal pound of flavorless veggie cream cheese. My husband got the same pound of cream cheese on his with a dollop of butter. It's basically like a poorly managed Dunkin but shittier. We came in when no one else was in there, the service was not rushed. It's just bad.

I used to come here alllll the time, but quit when they switched the soda fountain. I know how dramatic that sounds, but they used to have my favorite Pibb out there. It's been a huge loss. I get the sausage egg and cheese, which is super good. They have great sausage and cheese, but their egg isn't my fav. With cream cheese bagels, they always go heavy on the cream cheese which is a super good thing. They have day-old bagels you can take home, sometimes not the best flavors but they are a great deal. You can also buy the cream cheese to take home and make your own bagels the next day. Overall would definitely recommend. The customer service is either great with certain people or really lackluster with others. Totally depends on the person. It's always clean though and the bagels are good. Hoping they get better drinks at some point though.

We love this place. Bagels are fresh, tasty, and prices are just right. My kids look forward to this every week and their vegan cream cheese is really good too (most bagel shops have a version that's just too slimy for us).

They were out of regular bagels so I opted for whole wheat . Bacon and egg whole wheat bagel ... Egg was fake with no flavor , bacon was instant and not fully cooked . Honestly the egg bacon bagel from McDonald's is better would of given 3 stars but how in the world do you run out of regular bagels in a bagel shop u make bagels in. Slightly disappointed.

Truth be told, it was later in the afternoon, and I actually went with tea instead of coffee that day, but from everything I saw, this place was packed with a lot of people enjoying their caffeine. The Barista was super friendly and the shop had a ton of space which I'm sure gets used all the time with Boulder being a college town. I do know, my buddy really enjoyed his coffee and next time we go back to this beautiful town, I will for sure be partaking in their coffee goodness. It really did have a great vibe and from what I can tell, it looks to be one of the more popular coffee spots in the city. Hope to visit again soon.

My barista was very nice and made good recommendations based on what I was looking for. The pumpkin spice flavor was great, overall what I expected. The outside looks small, but the interior is rather spacious with a lot tables for working on a laptop. The inside has 90s/early 2000s vibe with dim, ambience lighting. This is a super solid coffee spot that should be in your Boulder coffee rotation. Bonus - they offer goat milk as a milk alternative!

And they do a damn good job of it! The cool thing is that it's a sandwich shop AND a Häagen Dazs ice cream store rolled up into one. Has to be one of the only places in the country of its kind! Savory or sweet, you'll find something you love here. The menu boasts sandwiches, soups, salads, breakfast, kids meals, and of course the full Häagen Dazs menu. Italian Stallion // ham, pepperoni, salami, provolone, lettuce, tomato, red onion, balsamic vinaigrette, yellow mustard & mayo on marbled rye. The Italian American favorite. All the salty and tangy notes were hit. I don't love the bread choice personally, but to each their own! I just think it would've been even more flavorful on the Ciabatta roll. Now I'm a little biased because I grew up in the Häagen Dazs world. My family owned two shops until I was 18! They have some unique flavors on hand that I haven't seen in store or other brick and mortars. I loved the selection they have on site here. Plus, the employees will happily sample whatever flavor you want to try! Huge store with lots of space to sit. Easy ordering process for either the deli or the ice cream. And seriously, some of the most friendly employees I've seen in a hot minute. For something quick and on the go, Lindsay's Boulder Deli gets my stamp of approval. And if you're lucky enough to run into Lindsay herself, you're sure in for a treat!

I decided to order an iced latte with almond milk a 12oz and it was fantastic! You know it's good when you see the espresso machine pour the double shot and how rich it looks. I don't have to add any extra ingredients to it either like sugar which clearly shows the espresso was spot on. That's my indicator with coffee shops. The drinks are also affordably priced which makes it all the better. My only complaint with OZO Coffee is I wish I would've ordered a larger size so I could've enjoyed it for longer.
