I've been coming here since 2008. I have never had a bad customer experience until Today. All three women working behind the counter were unfriendly and seemed irritated that we wanted food! My burrito was also HALF EMPTY. These burritos used to be packed and cost around 7$ and now they are almost 11'and half empty. I will not be coming here again as there are so many other burrito places to go to that are worth the money with better experience. Also the music was so loud they couldn't hear us. Every time I pick up I must remind them of parts of my order which are missing. I found this place because I looked for a drive-thru that was open early...this place came up. Their SEO is a liar because they're not a drive thru. The ambiance is very nice here, it's a quaint little bagel shop that is relatively quiet, a good place to get work done (they have free wifi). The food is good and I've always enjoyed coming here before today. The two girls closing today were loudly complaining about me and my boyfriend being there as it was near close. So to have the two employees say that we were bothering them thirty minutes before close doesn't only not make me wanna come back but makes the environment feel very passive aggressive. I absolutely love their cream cheese and how they leave lovely chunks of veggies in it... and they don't mess around with seeds on their everything bagels (and im sure others), they cover the whole dang thing!! Bummed they don't have one in the springs.. however, my boss recently moved to Denver and I've been trying to convince him to go so that I can live vicariously though him. Solid 3 stars. I consistently get a good order as long as i double check before I leave because more than half the time they forget my bacon, give me the wrong cream cheese, or the wrong bagel. I don't see much of a line anymore and when I go even tho it's peak breakfast hours for Starbucks. It also seems like now that they got rid of tips the quality of service has gone down. The vibe is very different then it used to be with college kids running around trying to make stuff fast and good. Now it seems like everyone is only there because they have to be and I don't blame them. Raise your wages AND keep the tips. Why are you acting like tipping is cutting into your money? Because if they have $2 to tip they have $2 more to put in your pocket? Selfish. There is no reason to be completely taking away tipping when some people still want to do that for the people making them food. So 3 stars.
