I've been coming here since 2008. I have never had a bad customer experience until Today. All three women working behind the counter were unfriendly and seemed irritated that we wanted food! My burrito was also HALF EMPTY. These burritos used to be packed and cost around 7$ and now they are almost 11'and half empty. I will not be coming here again as there are so many other burrito places to go to that are worth the money with better experience. Also the music was so loud they couldn't hear us. Bagels are ok but not that great- Einstein's and Big Daddy's bagels are just as good, but realistically priced with less surly employees. Every time I pick up I must remind them of parts of my order which are missing. In my humble opinion, this is the best bagel spot in Boulder. The food here is delicious and the menu also has an extensive selection. The ambiance is very nice here, it's a quaint little bagel shop that is relatively quiet, a good place to get work done (they have free wifi). The service here was extremely fast and friendly, I was greeted with a good morning and my food was out in less than 5 minutes. I was also a very big fan of the hot sauce they had there. The only reason this place doesn't reach a 5 star rating is due to the pricing, it's a bit expensive, but definitely worth while. (4.5) read more

I ate the most delicious breakfast bagel in my life at Moe's Broadway Bagel! Manny prepared my signature breakfast bagel with such finesse that I will be forever grateful! And I'm a trained Chef myself! The other 2 Bagels for the children were happily consumed. Best bagel shop west of New York City! We enjoyed the loaf of Challah for French Toast the following day, and appreciate the variety of breakfast bagels and bagel sandwiches on the menu, the wide variety of drinks available, Moe's delicious hot coffee as well as dynamite Cold Brew. I recently found myself back in Boulder for an appointment as I used to live out this way. The bacon breakfast bagel sandwich is good but the bagels unadulterated are rolls with holes despite being boiled. After all these years, I never anticipated that I would share that Moe's breakfast bagel sandwiches are better than Rosenberg's. Oh, how the tides have changed. Bear in mind, these are Colorado bagel sandwich standards, not New York. Both are overpriced @ $11 and just okay. Despite the bagel texture being better at Rosenberg's, Moe's wins because they adequately cover their bagels with seeds & fixings. They also take responsibility to pay their employees and no longer importune for tips. Bravo. Additionally, they offer to toast bagels and are open before 7am. All plusses. Since writing my last review I've gone from Boulder to Denver to Seattle to DC to Seatlle to Colorado Springs... and I maintain, and my mind will not change, is that Moe's is the best bagel on the market. I absolutely love their cream cheese and how they leave lovely chunks of veggies in it... and they don't mess around with seeds on their everything bagels (and im sure others), they cover the whole dang thing!! Bummed they don't have one in the springs.. however, my boss recently moved to Denver and I've been trying to convince him to go so that I can live vicariously though him. The worst bagel I've ever eaten. Ordered an everything bagel roasted with jalapeño cream cheese. Despite receiving and immediately eating it at 7 AM, it tasted stale. Not toasted. Stale. The outside of the bagel and the inside. Don't know how they managed it. The jalapeño cream cheese was a dark orange and had zero flavor but large pieces of (pickled?!) jalapeños and peppers. Moe's is great. Their bagels aren't too chewy, and are soft with the perfect crunch after being toasted. They have tons of options, my favorite being the egg sandwiches. I don't see much of a line anymore and when I go even tho it's peak breakfast hours for Starbucks. It also seems like now that they got rid of tips the quality of service has gone down. The vibe is very different then it used to be with college kids running around trying to make stuff fast and good. Now it seems like everyone is only there because they have to be and I don't blame them. Raise your wages AND keep the tips. Why are you acting like tipping is cutting into your money? Because if they have $2 to tip they have $2 more to put in your pocket? Selfish. There is no reason to be completely taking away tipping when some people still want to do that for the people making them food. So 3 stars.
