I've been coming here since 2008. I have never had a bad customer experience until Today. All three women working behind the counter were unfriendly and seemed irritated that we wanted food! My burrito was also HALF EMPTY. These burritos used to be packed and cost around 7$ and now they are almost 11'and half empty. I will not be coming here again as there are so many other burrito places to go to that are worth the money with better experience. Also the music was so loud they couldn't hear us. Bagels are ok but not that great- Einstein's and Big Daddy's bagels are just as good, but realistically priced with less surly employees. Every time I pick up I must remind them of parts of my order which are missing. I found this place because I looked for a drive-thru that was open early...this place came up. Their SEO is a liar because they're not a drive thru. I recently found myself back in Boulder for an appointment as I used to live out this way. The bacon breakfast bagel sandwich is good but the bagels unadulterated are rolls with holes despite being boiled. After all these years, I never anticipated that I would share that Moe's breakfast bagel sandwiches are better than Rosenberg's. Oh, how the tides have changed. Bear in mind, these are Colorado bagel sandwich standards, not New York. Both are overpriced @ $11 and just okay. Despite the bagel texture being better at Rosenberg's, Moe's wins because they adequately cover their bagels with seeds & fixings. Since writing my last review I've gone from Boulder to Denver to Seattle to DC to Seatlle to Colorado Springs... and I maintain, and my mind will not change, is that Moe's is the best bagel on the market. I absolutely love their cream cheese and how they leave lovely chunks of veggies in it... and they don't mess around with seeds on their everything bagels (and im sure others), they cover the whole dang thing!! Bummed they don't have one in the springs.. however, my boss recently moved to Denver and I've been trying to convince him to go so that I can live vicariously though him. The vibe is very different then it used to be with college kids running around trying to make stuff fast and good. Now it seems like everyone is only there because they have to be and I don't blame them. Raise your wages AND keep the tips. Why are you acting like tipping is cutting into your money? Because if they have $2 to tip they have $2 more to put in your pocket? Selfish. The staff is so wonderful, they never pressure you, friendly and fun. Plus, they play awesome music. Show up with an appetite, and they'll satisfy your food needs.
