I told Carlos I need something that can stand up to the elements since I drive the Jeep with her top off at times. He suggested an Alpine stereo and I was game, I liked Alpine decks in my younger days. This upgrade does not have knobs... that is fancy to me. Everything is good, but I need to go back and see if it could be great. I've got Android auto, but Google maps isn't playing the verbal prompts. When I talk to Google she does not respond. I checked the settings on my phone and they look okay so I need the stereo checked out. I also need the center button on my left side steering wheel fixed because it's not working. Right now I'm rating them four stars. In certain to upgrade it once a couple kinks get worked out. It was really nice that Carlos walked me through using my stereo, as technology can be scary as we get older.

I've had multiple systems installed in my Mercedes-Benz inside my Cadillac CTS inside my range Rover and his prices are as far as I'm concerned competitive very very competitive. And of course he charges for wire he charges for the little clips just like home Depot charges for the wire just like home Depot charges for the little clips in the world would you think is for free? I just don't understand why anybody would think that a business would stay open by giving stuff away for free? Now most places don't let you use their tools this guy will let you use his tools so will you wish stuff for free no without your waste of it free hell no. if it's my business I wouldn't give away anything for free I wouldn't even let my tools out but this guy's nice enough tools out to complete your system or work on whatever you have great place to shop great quality top of the brand named items. 5 stars all day!

Can't buy a tesla? Do your best by having Rick's install a bad ass catalytic converter!…read more There's just something about this guy that I can't put my finger on that just rules. First I call up with an expectation to have to rush through my situation only to hear a "yup yup yup I don't know until I see it" response. Nope. Rick answered and even though I did my little song and dance expecting 2 seconds to get it all out he sat chill, patient and calm.... He didn't rush me off the phone or dance around my questions. Once he fully understood things he gave me a quote and honored it after install. INSANELY reasonable price too. I still feel like I owe him for it. The shop is amazing. I wasn't sure with the area but yup had all the right goodies tools look and feel of a place that knows what they're doing. Rick let me hang out in the back of the shop and watch him work his magic. And I kid you not I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. At the end we chatted a little and he mentioned he's been at it for 16 years and you can actually FEEL how true that is, not only in the experience but his hands are like a Marvel X-men character ... Carved out of some crazy heat resistant stone or something from some other planet. I'd come back 100% i will recommend - I might even send him Xmas cards who knows. I know I know it's just a muffler and a muffler shop but it was just such a cool surprise to have a "car situation" go like this. Props.

Stereo Joe is the "real deal". First of all, if you're looking for a fancy showroom, a spiffy…read moreshiny fleet of service vehicles and complimentary shuttle service, this is not the place for you. There are plenty of other places around town willing to charge you an arm-and-a-leg for things you don't need. But, if you're looking for high quality service at a very reasonable price as I was, you have definitely found the right place. Joe and his wife are the two most pleasant people you could ever hope to work with. They listen carefully to the work you want done and/or the electrical problem(s) you need fixed and provide exactly those services. They do not try to convince you to do things you do not need or do not need to pay for like other places do. Joe is experienced and knowledgeable, taking in my 60's era classic car installing a new in-dash Retro Sound radio with two rear under deck speakers and a replacement center speaker. He treated my classic car with kid gloves and I could not have been happier when I went to pick it up. He also took a look at my "oh, by the way my horn does not work" issue and took care of that, too. Joe quoted me a very, very fair price, did not try to upsell me and did the work exactly as I wanted done, plus completed everything in the timeframe he said he would. I will never waste my time and especially not my hard earned money with other shops, rather bring all my electrical work to Stereo Joe.

Orangewood Avenue, Glendale, Az. I spoke with a person by the name of Dando, which was very polite, once I paid for my engine, I'm told my mechanic would not get it till the following Monday, in which I was not happy about, cause when you pay $2,300.00 for something, you expect it right there and then, so I explained that I was an Independent Care Taker with one of my clients having Seizures and that I would need to file a complaint with corporate Office, unbeknown to me, they went ahead and pulled it, sent it to my mechanic on that Friday, so my vehicle sat all weekend till the following Monday when I called and spoke with a Raul that had knowledge of this situation, but neither Glendale Auto Wrecking or my mechanic gave me a call to let me know it was there. Ohhhh and by the way, because we had to walk to Walmart, my client had a dang seizure that caused him to get treatment there and taken to the hospital, lack of communication is there biggest down fall. After my conversation with Raul, he tells me, aren't you going to say thank you and your sorry! Ughhhhhhh! you all lacked communication, but nice guys.
