High quality, great pricing, and amazing work! Jose was fantastic from start to end. I had messaged Jose pretty late and he responded quickly and was able to set up a time to come out to install our TV. His upfront pricing was a breath of fresh air and there were no surprises later. Jose took his time to set up the mount, keep the area clean, and mount the TV beautifully. He showed up with many tools ready for anything that may have popped up. Thankfully my install was pretty straightforward, but I appreciate his preparedness. There were small things that I really appreciated. I had another vendor at our home working on something, and was watching my newborn, so he was patient as I balanced a few things at once. He also taped up small bags as he drilled into the wall to catch the dust/debris which was just such a nice touch. I will absolutely be recommending Jose and calling him again if I ever need another TV mounted.

WOW!!! I called Big Boy earlier this week and he was at my house within an hour. Angel is very professional and courteous. In terms of what he was hired to do, I'll let the pictures do the talking, but it's obvious he takes a lot of pride in his work. After completing the mount, he then proceeded to connect and test the devices (e.g., sound bar, gaming console) I had in the room. Talk about going above and beyond. Best decision I made. I called Angel based on his five star reviews. I called him before noon to install a wall mount 77 inch TV and a wall mount 75 inch TV. He was available and showed up at 2 PM on time. He kept in communication before his arrival. STOP! Do not look any further. If you need your TV mounted, you just found the right guy! Jose is highly professional. Not only did he update me that he was on his way, he showed up at the exact time he promised, along with his assistant to ensure he provided the best service. His prices are more than reasonable. He also brought the mount that I was hoping to have installed. He was ready for whatever! When I chose the spot where I thought I wanted my TV mounted to, he recommended, from his professional experience, that I should place it a little bit lower and he was so right. I will be calling him back to install my floating cabinet and to hide the wires inside the wall, OH yeah, he does all that too! Request a quote now. You WILL NOT regret hiring this great guy! Did a Yelp search after getting my new TV delivered. My previous mounted TV was mounted too high and causing neck strain. Once I contacted Jose he was a me to give me a super reasonable flat rate for removing the old TV, repositioning the Mount, and mounting the new TV. We set an appointment for the following day however I have an unpredictable work schedule and he actually was able to make a last minute same day appointment for me which I jumped on immediately. He was on time, super respectful and courteous and even took his shoes off in my home which I didn't expect or request. I was impressed. Gave me helpful tips and worked so quickly. STAY AWAY!!!! This company has been the WORST installation…read moreservice I have ever experienced in my 25years of hiring technicians for audio installations. They came to install a new PA system of wireless microphones and active speakers a week ago. This company is so DISORGANIZED from the time i spoke to the sales rep to schedule in person consult and install. They had me speak with 2 people before my appointment of which neither were the technician who came to do our install. The technician who came had a language barrier to speak fluent English and for our simple install he had to call another tech in guiding him to perform the service properly. Then the tech on the day of the appointment left to grab the brackets and cables required then took it upon himself to take a lunch break while he was out without informing us that he was going to have a lunch break as we waited patiently for his return to complete the work. Lastly, we called them a week later after completion of the install to ask them to advise us on getting the sound arranged for a more conducive sound experience because our speakers are only positioned for the audience to hear output and needed to have a solution for the performers to hear sound output as well for a professional arrangement l. This company COULD NOT even get a hold of a technician for us for a simple ask but instead kept giving us excuses WITHOUT a callback to discuss. This company is nothing but HEADACHES full stop!!!!

The team handled everything professionally and efficiently. One of the most impressive parts was watching them use straps to safely lower our bed frame down to the first floor--they made a difficult task look easy. They came fully prepared with all the necessary moving supplies, including wardrobe boxes, and even provided protective materials for our delicate tiles, making sure everything was properly covered and protected. Every item was handled with great care, and everything arrived without a single scratch or issue. Artem, Kemel, Arthur, and Alexey K were hardworking, careful, and incredibly skilled. Prior to the move, I discussed pricing and payment terms directly with the owner/manager and confirmed the agreed-upon amount. However, when the movers arrived, they immediately demanded cash up front and refused to provide any services unless payment was made on the spot. This directly contradicted the prior agreement. After loading the couches, they demanded an additional $100 that had never been disclosed or authorized. The situation felt coercive and inappropriate. In addition to the payment dispute, the movers caused multiple damages: * One of the couches was damaged. * The garage door was damaged. * A component of the security system on the back door was broken. Furthermore, one of the workers raised his voice and yelled at my wife and daughter. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. When I contacted the company to request information regarding their insurance coverage for the damages, they refused to provide any details. This company demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

Last year, I asked Roger to install security features into my home as I recently was going through a breakup and had a big home to myself and my 7-year-old son. I had him install an outdoor ring camera (which he connected to my internet, as well, before he left knowing that it was working and ready to scan the premises), an OnGUARD Door Reinforcement for my front door, a screen metal door for my back door, a Door Barricade Bar for my master bedroom and a sensor light for my backyard (photos pictured). Let's just say, I feel sooo much safer in my home than I did before Roger installed all of this. I have used Roger multiple times (bike and light installations) and will continue to hire him for any projects. His flexibility and his dedication for excellent builds/assemblies are unmatched. I have a great amount of trust in him that he will get the job done quickly and correctly. Finding an honest handyman like that is hard to find because frankly, I've tried! But no longer will I have to stress about how things will get done because I can quickly text Roger of his availability and rely on him to get things done, correctly and efficiently. As a single mom, who has a full-time job that has no knowledge on tools, building and rarely steps foot in Home Depot, it means a lot and I am appreciative of Roger and his team. Thank you!!

I sent an email following up. NOTHING. Finally, a full two weeks after my initial inquiry, I received this email response: Hi steve, I'm so sorry about such a delayed response. I'm sure you've already booked someone. I did review the specs, it's out of the project's too small, we just don't deal with these types of cabinets. I would have appreciated a prompt "sorry your job is too small" response so that I could have moved on. So don't go to them with a small job or Ikea cabinets.
