Came in for a quick bite. From the time I walked in, everyone was SO friendly! The vibe was awesome and I felt as though they genuinely wanted to ensure everyone dining there was having a great experience. It's diner food, the menu was huge but what I thought was awesome was this salad bar! Love a good salad bar. Although I didn't get the salad bar, my side salad was delish! I really like their ranch! The chicken tenders are hand breaded, and had a very good flavor! That breading was awesome! I also loved the seasoned salt that they had on the table. Being I live in New Orleans, my go to seasoning is Tony's so I was totally unprepared for the explosion of different spices. Looking at the ingredients and I see why! Curry powder, ginger, umani medley, sage.... Like WHAT?! Yes! I need a case of this stuff!! I do want to thank Rachel for her outstanding service! Completely went above and beyond for ya girl! Great spirit that just shines right through! Becky and the gentleman that seated me, (I think he could be upper management), were very nice and attentive as well! A quick simple bite that totally exceeded my expectations by looking at pictures from YELP! So glad I decided to form my own opinion and take better pictures!

The reviews on this Big Boy seem to be barbelled between love and hate. The loves understand that it's a Big Boy and not Chez Money in Bham. The hates seem to , well not like anything. Like the review that didn't like the "clamp shouter!". Thanks Einstein. When in Rome as the saying goes, do as the Roman's do. Well when in Big Boy do as the Big Boyans (?) do. Don't expect a cheap gourmet lunch. Go in knowing that this is going to be old school hearty fare and you'll be fine. I am of the latter group and ordered a Big Boy, fries and an iced tea with the salad and soup bar. ( Hey I had a gift card!). I was torn between "the best cheese burger in the world" the name of which they have somehow trademarked and the Big Boy but I went with the original. As for scouring the world for other cheeseburgers to compare, while appealing, seemed out of the question. I started with the salad bar which was great with, wait for it...iceberg lettuce that was fresh and crispy and all of the other faves. The soup(s) had to wait for another visit so I'll withhold judgement. My burger and fries arrived in good time and was fantastic. The Big Boy is basically what McDonalds ripped off for the Big Mac. Two patties, sauce, lettuce, pickles, you get the drift. The fries could have been in a bit more...hello 5th star, but were fine. Iced teas were brought in quick succession and were fresh with a nice wedge of lemon. They had some great looking deserts but that's for next time. All in a great if a bit pricey lunch. But hey everything is pricey these days. So put on your retro hat and your big boy pants and step back in time for a great lunch at an iconic restaurant. And you're really shopping local because the chain in headquartered in Warren! Big boy, oh boy...Go!

Its hit a miss . When it comes to takeout orders.. meaning check your food at the restaurant . You will not get your money back if you're not satisfied, you've been worn. It's not like it was in 2015?.

Average. I came here today with my parents, they wanted to take advantage of the 99c strawberry pie special (99c with purchase). I think the last time I went to a Big Boy was about a year ago, but before that, like 10+ years ago ... this one is right by my house, though, so was convenient. The pie was a bit disappointing. It's basically just strawberries, with strawberry goo (gel?), and pie crust. I liked the pie crust but thought it would be more like an actual pie. However, their other pies near the check-out counter looked good. My mom got the "cookie pie" which was just a flat cookie (not your typical "cookie pie") topped with ice cream and whipped cream. It was still tasty, though. Service was overall fine. I noticed they're open until midnight on the weekends which is good to know in case I'm looking for a late meal or snack. They also had free WiFi, which was nice.

This was the first time I have been to this location. I ordered the Strawberry Belgian Waffle Blockbuster. It was delicious it had fresh strawberries and whip cream. It was so good. It also came with eggs bacon and sausage links. My waitress Julia was awesome.

From our server Quinn to the amazingly prepared and fresh tasting food, it was back to what I originally thought of this chain. It was a Monday night so it was not busy and there were 7 of us so we were seated right away. Our food arrived very quickly after we ordered and looked amazing. I love that they offer seasonal menus so you are almost always going to find something new on the menu. Additionally, the summer menu is all under 600 calories. That's a bonus! I ordered the Grilled Corn Flatbread, hubby had the Avocado Toast, and my niece got the Filet Mignon. I didn't take a pic of every person's orders - just those flanking me. The Flatbread was excellent - it had cheese and spiced bacon as well as sour cream so the taste combination was excellent. Hubby said his Avocado Toast was the best he had ever had. I had a taste and it was very good. My niece said her Filet was perfectly cooked and not dry or tough. I'll be back again - thank you, Quinn, for how personable and helpful you were to our family.

The 9 oz wine pours were decently priced. Loved that they have a dessert tray to show you all their options. Our server was great, and my father in law couldn't stop talking about how we could talk to each other because although the place was full, it wasn't loud. Will definitely be back.

Ordered the Steak Maui, smashed potatoes, Alex's salad, along with the macaroni and cheese. Too full for dessert! I also enjoyed a Lemon Drop Martini after my meal and LOVED how the extra is put on ice so you can refresh your drink. Expensive, but well worth the cost! Our server was Q. She was amazing and not only made menu recommendations, but she also took a series of photos of us. The restaurant bar area was lively but not overly boisterous. Ambiance is nice with dim lighting. Super clean restrooms and overall spotless. Staff quickly turned over tables and booths and were thorough in cleaning. This was my first time dining at this location. Plenty of well-lit parking and security drives through the parking lot frequently. There's also an entrance from the mall(Somerset). Great evening of celebrating and catching up with my Sorority sisters. We're already planning our next visit!

More interested in jawboning amongst themselves, making sure their cola drink was full. No one even addressed me. Manager finally caught on at the very end, very enthusiastic apology. Very. But gave me shade on my previous experiences at this place. She offered some sort of freebie, I declined as I was very later picking up my wife - what she needed to give was the time back that they wasted for me and apologize to my wife. Oh, and when I got home, my order was wrong. Hard pass on this place. You have been warned.

If it's something big come early cause it definitely gets packed pretty quick. I had the boneless wings with the Korean sauce and it was shockingly good. Boneless wings are a low expectation food for me, so when a sauce or the crisp really comes out excellent, I'm always genuinely surprised. The sauce was really the highlight, cause it balances flavor and heat perfectly, while also having some sweetness without being too sticky. What I really like about this spot is that they have around 110 draft beers on tap so it's really a craft beer lovers paradise. They also have some basic beers for those who don't have the love for crafts along with a full bar and curated cocktail list. So if you like the idea of an elevated sports bar, with solid food choices, and amazing beer list this is the spot for you.

My matcha latte was pretty mid -- not a coffee shop so I wouldn't necessarily expect anything incredible but it could have been hotter, at least. I do want to start with some thoughts before I give the highlights. We were charged a percent for using a credit card. I cannot speak to the in-person menu, but I combed the online menu and it did not mention that. We were also charged for ranch. Most places do not do that, and we were not informed there would be an upcharge. Most places allow you a sauce to go with fries. Also, for my meal, there is an image of an extra sauce which it did not come with, but we were charged for two small portions of ranch. Last, the server was just okay. I always enthusiastically ask questions to get to know more about a place. I asked if they had any other fruity drinks. She pointed to the drink menu and indicated just the Paloma. I said, but you have a full bar, this is the only fruity drink you make? She did not want to ask the bar, but I asked her to. The bar apparently only came up with one other drink idea, which I ended up getting two drinks listed on the menu (both very good) but it seemed like work for her to go out of her way to inquire. I also bet they could have made many fruity drinks, like maybe a Mai Tai, or some equivalent. Oh well. On the other hand, the Paloma was actually very good. It was a quality Paloma and I do recommend. Their other drink was seasonal with lavender, also a very nice drink. Most of the other places, like Honcho, I have no problem with getting a variety of drinks or inquiring about them, and the bar tender here did a great job. I came here because I was targeted by an ad on Instagram. This place was not on my radar, but since they created a meal (Steak-frites) very similar to Le Relais in Paris and New York, etc... I wanted to try it. It came with bottomless parm fries. The fries were crispy, savory, and delightful. The steak was super well cooked and was like butter. You did not even need a knife, it cut with a fork. Since I love next day leftovers, the steak was still super delicious and tender the next day. It was still like butter and cut with a fork. I would absolutely come back for that and bring the rest of my family. We also tried the tri-tip sandwich. We were told the bread was made fresh. I thought it was very good and very tender. My husband would have liked an au jus or horseradish sauce. He would try the hamburger next, but I would love another steak-frites, like right now! We were sad the coffee and pastry section closed early. In the past, at Honcho, we would get coffee and pastry after dinner since their coffee tends to be really good and quality. I would consider coming for brunch to try some. We talked to a gentleman who was part of the business as he was working hard. He was very kind and knowledgeable and took the time to hear our thoughts. I told him I was here for the steak. He thought I had a "but". I did not, it was great and I hope they can maintain that price point and the second serving of fries, because that was my main reason for visiting. He let us know the menu recently changed. I am not able to compare since this was my first time, but I liked that they had a steak dinner and pizza. If we come back my oldest loves this group's pizza, she gets it at Vinsetta, and this one looked very good.
