This is good little pizzeria, burger, and wing shop. They have 4 tables, so mostly a delivery place, but the walls are adorned with fun stuff!! The bathrooms are clean and well stocked. The drinks situation is pathetic, expensive, yet pretty much the norm. The pizza we had was good, a three topping of double cheese and double ground beef. Lance had the hamburger and fries. All the food was good, a bit bland for me but the kids truly enjoyed it. Adding some ground pepper-flakes and parmesan cheese filled the gap. The hamburger was again good with a quality bun, and the fries were well done. The 4-stars are based on where such a place lands on the food hierarchy, this isn't your pinnacle of eateries, but will hit the spot on a cold day, or day you don't want to cook. read more

Best. Calzone. Ever. Second time I got the sausage calzone, and it's official...best calzone in Houston! The crust is thin yet flavorful and the cheese....Ooey and gooey, just as it should be. You can get up to 2 toppings, but I just get one so it's almost overfilling with perfect lil chunks of sausage. It comes with a container of sauce, which is amazing. Tangy and a little sweet, perfect for the savoryness of the calzone. Amazing!. read more

I'm bias, as nowhere compares to NY Pizza! Big Ben's Pizzeria wasn't bad, but I wasn't impressed with what they call a large cheese pizza I ordered while visiting the Area or the cheese calzone with sauce already in it and the extra stuff on the outside, that was an interesting experience to say the least. I wanted to order garlic knots, but they didn't have any!? What??? When I called my order was ready in 20 minutes, which was awesome because we were hungry. I'll order from there again, but I might have to ask them to hold off the sauce in the cheese calzone. read more

Pizza is okay. New owners & it's not the same. Not bad but not as good as it used to be.

I am working in the area this week. I ordered the Hawaiian pizza and fried mushrooms. The pizza was very good. The crust is thinner, similar to a New Jersey style pizza. Topping was plentiful. The mushrooms were a little above average. The staff was nice and friendly. There only a few tables for dine in, but I think they are more of a pickup or delivery place. I would recommend this place. read more

Ordered from there last night and it was terrible!! Fried green tomatoes were burnt, meatball sandwiches were burnt and cold. They were "out" of Philly cheese steak sandwiches. Only good edible thing was the fried mushrooms. I was very disappointed in them. read more

Excellent pizza! I saw a review and I thought it looked like one of my old favorites. 11th street cafe in the heights. Wow it sure did taste like it too. Amazing pizza Everything is fresh. Didn't even know they have half price pizza on Monday. Just lucked out on the. The pizza is full of flavor. Cheese is so good. Better than the three big corporate pizza chains. The wings were okay. Nothing to write back home to Alabama about. I live in champion forest and will go back for the pizza for sure. Very pleased and satisfied. The staff reminded me of myself when I was in high. In high school I used to work for 11th street cafe. Great made the best pizza. Lina made excellent breakfast. read more

First time ordering from this place and I already love it!!! I will be ordering from here again!. The pizzas are so good and they are light, they are not greasy and they don't feel heavy on your stomach. Next time I'll try the wings and calzones. I ordered delivery and they were fast. Pizza was still hot when we got it!! read more

We never tasted the food. As we were having it delivered, the delivery fee was $5.00 when I checked out. But then I got a call from grubhub saying the merchant was adding $14.00 to the order and asking if I was ok with that. Well NO! read more

Food is ok but I ordered at 1839 and I called approximately 1936 to check on order I was told it's on the way approximately 15 minutes later it arrived. According to the map we are 1/2 away. read more

Pizza Guerrin left a pizza shaped hole in my heart. Try this place if you loved Guerrin. My husband agrees!

Excellent brick oven made pizzas. Ordered the Family Special (includes 2 - XL 2 topping pizza + 20pcs wings + 2L Soda). Perfectly cooked and sooo tasty. Kickin' Bourbon wings too is so yummy. Online order was easy and order ready on the requested pickup time. Well worth it and will definitely order at Big Ben's Pizzeria again. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!! read more

DO NOT ODER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! i called to place my order and was told it would be out for delivery within 45 minutes to an hour. i was completely okay with that seeing as it was 630pm on a saturday night so they were probably busy. 730 comes around and nothing so i called to politely ask for an eta on my food and was told it was being boxed up and sent out in the next 5 min. the driver arrived very shortly after and was given a 20%tip. i went inside with my food opened my pizza only to see that underneath the cheese there was NO SAUCE! how do you make a pizza without the sauce??? i checked 3 different slices and seen no sauce so i called back where a female staff member answered the phone and i kindly explained to her that i had just ordered from them and noticed my pizza had no sauce. she tried to reassure me that she personally saw them put sauce on it as they do every pizza and i responded that i understand but i'm looking at it right now and there's no sauce under the cheese. she continued to try to argue with me and i simply said okay ma'am i'm not going to argue with you about pizza sauce. if u don't mind can i please just speak with a manager about getting a new one or possibly a refund. she began to scream at me, cursing and threatening to assault me. when she then told me to "bring back her food" if i wanted a "f**king refund. she called me both a "b*tch" and a "hoe" and that's when my boyfriend took the phone trying to resolve the issue. she continued to scream at him saying that she was going to assault me if i ever ordered from their establishment again. when she hung up in my face i called back hoping a different person would answer and a male staff member did whom told me they weren't going to issue me a refund whether i brought back their food or not. this is insane and i've never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. currently waiting on the police to arrive bc i am 9months pregnant and refuse to allow someone to harm my child over $50 with of pizza, wings, and beverages. read more

They never disappoint. Pizza is always great. Love the cheese bread and wings too. It is our go to pizza place. Plus I love supporting mom and pop type places read more

I ordered a pizza tonight and decided to go with a deal they had. 3 topping XL pizza for $16.99 with a side salad. I chose pepperoni, Italian sausage, and beef and had it delivered. I did some stuff around the house expecting someone to knock on the door or ring the doorbell to give it to me. Finally, I went to grab my phone to call the pizzeria and saw I had a text notifying me the delivery was completed. I checked outside and there was my pizza....on the ground, cold, and made incorrectly. Instead, of 3 meats, it was 2 meats and onions - which I completely HATE. I called the store and didn't provide any sort customer service - said basically they weren't responsible for delivery because a third party company is used AND the ticket says I chose onions which I know for a fact that I did not. The store didn't provide any assistance. I paid $40 (which included a 20% tip and $5 delivery fee) for dinner salad because I'm allergic to onions and would not put them on my pizza. read more

Always great, fresh food! Spaghetti is one of my favorite lunch orders. And the garlic bread is one of the best! I highly recommend the Margarita pizza and Mango Habanero wings! Oh and I don't want to forget the warm, homemade chocolate cake! Definitely worth the stop! read more

Their food is delicious and they are really fast. Highly recommend!!!! I suggest their meat pizza and their muffulettas!

Promised 45 mins 1.5 later no pizza! Called. They are too busy! Do no order from them!

We absolutely love this joint, we even order our favorites every time on pizza night, fresh crunchy salads, and wings You really cannot please everyone after reading these reviews. However, keep cost of dining there down but keep cost of food and freshness to satisfactory. read more

Service is terrible! They tell you 30min wait time but in reality it's 1+hr and that's no exaggeration!! Food is good BUT don't expect good service. read more

I was really expecting to love this place based on recommendations I received from friends and yelp reviews, but it makes me question how much pizza places have all you people tried aside from pizza Hut & dominos. I ordered the 16" extreme meat pizza. I opened it up, it looked pretty, snapped my yelp pics before diving in, & I was happy. Then I took my first bite and chewed waiting for flavor to excite me, then my chewing slowed and I realized there was no taste. I thought maybe something was wrong with my taste buds. I sip drink and take another bite, nothing. No salty, cheesy, zesty, NOTHING!! Just texture. So I don't want to ruin it for my friend who eats anything. But he took a bite and then made a weird face and said "this pizza is gross" and threw the slice back into the box. I was like, "ok so it's not just me? It's bland huh?". So we try to doctor it up with parmisian cheese, peppers, ranch, hot sauce, basil, salt, whatever we can find in the house. I finished my one piece and didn't even want to grab another. He picked all the toppings off his and just ate the crust. Then we just looked at it. (Mind you we always stuff ourselfs with pizza until we can't eat any more, even cheap frozen pizza) this was just to Terrible. I literally am not exaggerating, the "take & baked pizzas at the Walmart deli for $8 are far superior to this Big Ben pizza. The topping quality was the cheapest I'd ever seen. It was like the stuff they put on 99c Totino's party pizza. The pepperoni were pale, it was like taco bell chicken, the ham/Canadian bacon was like salad bar meat. The cheese seemed like that fake "pizza topping processed product" not real mozzarella, it didn't seem creamy or stretchy. It was just a congealed greasy blob. Barely any cheese anyway. The topping fall off because there is no cheese holding it together. The crust seemed like Cici's crust and the sauce wasn't even as tasty as Hunts spaghetti sauce in the can. An entire $19 pizza was thrown in the trash. I have NEVER thrown pizza away in my entire life. The left overs are always eaten. This was my first & last time trying this place. If you have never tried this place, I suggest you order something very small to test it before you assume it's delicious and order something huge. (Look at the pics of my pizza vs. The pics posted by Rex 4 months ago, there is an obvious change in topping quality, the pepperoni & cheese look completely different. This place must have recently started cutting corners) read more

Superior pizza, great prices and fast delivery. You'll never buy another chain store pizza again!

Great food and the price is even better! Wings are delicious!! Tasty burgers and sandwiches

It was close, and we've been looking for a good delivery pizza. (If only Brother's would deliver...) I tried the white pizza with prosciutto and basil. Both the prosciutto and the basil arrived crispy- not appetizing. We also had an all-the-meats pizza that was about the lamest I've ever tried. To top it off, the chick on the phone was borderline rude. The second star is only because the delivery dude was polite. I won't be ordering from here again. read more

I decided to try this place out since it is close to the training facility I was going to... Pretty awesome deal money wise I came in on a Monday when they do half price off your pizza. I ordered the 3 meat special which had thin crust, pepperoni, ham and sausage. Only downside was it took some time to get of course since it was fresh but I will say it had great taste and a nice crispy thin crust. Only con I found was the dine in area was very small other then that I will definitely go back. read more

The best wings for the money. This is my go to place for wings!! They have every flavor imaginable. The owner is a really cool cat, and is always on top of customer service. I truly enjoy getting pizza when I have the urge. I wish more pizza joints will start serving more keto crusts. read more

Yuck! This place was so gross. We dine-in on March 2nd 2018. The place was kind of dirty and the food took a really long time to get to us. Once we had it we were very disappointed. And I'm sorry to say I was really excited to try this place. Unfortunately I did not check their Yelp reviews first. Or I would have saw all of the negatives that the food was really Bland. Greasy. And tasteless. We ordered a kids meal chicken strip a large pizza a ravioli and an order of fried mushrooms. All of which I'm sad to say we're disgusting. The chicken tenders were hard. The raviolis were undercooked. The pizza was tasteless, and greasy. And I'm not even sure how to describe what went wrong with the mushrooms. But I didn't eat them and they are my favorite food. I have never left a restaurant without eating all of the fried mushrooms. Sadly we will never be back. read more

Pizza and fried cheese were average. I ordered a deep dish pizza got a hand tossed. I asked for it to be well done and they actually did it, most pizza joints dont. Cheese sticks generic marinara sauce not very good at all. Over all was inexpensive and staff was friendly order arrived in 45 min of less as they said. Would eat there again when ordering for the kids, they enjoyed it. read more

This is now the fifth time we have ordered and no matter how much we get it's always "45 minutes, Thank you!" and it never takes that long. Extreme Meat Pizza, we have ordered small or medium with wings. Don't want to cook and sick of Papa John's? Order Big Ben's and don't forget the salad, I have had Greek and Chef and they are yummy for being delivered! Prices are reasonable and for. 40 bucks you could end up with dinner for a couple of nights, worth it and will continue to do business with Big Ben's Pizzeria, delivery of course! 4 stars because ordering can be awkward...you might get it if you call. read more

Pizza with cheddar cheese, grround beef and bacon was okay but fried mushrooms were undercooked and doughy. Also, in what universe do garlic parmesan wings come with buffalo sauce. If I'd wanted buffalo wings I would have asked for them. Not impressed. read more

The worse service I have ever had. Was told that our order was gonna arrive in 30-40 min, after an hour and a half of waiting my girlfriend called to check and they caught a slight attitude about us waiting so long. Once the order arrived, the pizza literally had no sauce, and barely any toppings. My girlfriend called back and asked for a refund and the lady who answered started calling her a b***h and h*e, calling us stupid. Saying that it costs more for extra sauce when no sauce was even on the pizza. Then the guy who claimed to be Ben (the owner) said that he put extra sauce on it. When we didn't ask for extra sauce. Then claimed that he put a regular amount after I stated what the girl told us. Then started threatening us saying it was gonna be a problem if we go up to the location for a refund after the lady who was very rude said to bring the food back and get a refund. And continued threatening after we stated that my girlfriend is 9 months pregnant. They responded with "we don't give a F**k." This is a horrible establishment. And I wouldn't recommend anybody to ever support this business. I can't believe the way we were talked to. Zero out of ten. Doesn't even deserve one star. read more

I wish so bad I could give no stars, the guy at the cash register refused to honor the price on the coupon they put on everybody's door. He told me because it was a wing shortage that he didn't care what the coupon said!!! I told him running a business you have to honor your coupons that's just RIGHT, he told me No he doesn't and didn't! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and then he refused to sale me anything! I waited 30 minutes for nothing then I quickly went to Brother's Pizzeria on HWY 6 and I-10 where they do care about their customers. I WILL NEVER EAT THEIR AGAIN. And by word of mouth I will make sure everyone I know in my area and all of my Social Media followers know how they do shotty business! That was sad how he acted with me! He could treat anyone of you that way, I know one thing he will only have that one chance to treat me that way and I will make sure to let everyone I know not to do business with that establishment ever again. read more
