Look at all that space. We had to bring our smaller trailer from Boise to Vancouver to get the Lia's they said wouldn't fit.
    Sherry C.

Our furniture was so damaged when we arrived, no to mention they left a table and 4 chairs upstairs, a recliner in the master. My mistake assuming they moved everything, as it was a large home. When we arrived and opened the trailer, everything could have fit if they had packed it right. In betas, we borrowed a smaller trailer and went from Boise to Vancouver to get what was left. I sent pictures to them and got zero response!

The package says it's from Fedex, but there's some UPS info as well and the format doesn't really match either based on my experience in shipping. I plugged in all the tracking numbers with both logistics companies and they stated it wasn't theirs. Knowing that I reached out to the number for the shipper, Postal Connections, and spoke with Sherry. She asked for my name and number so she could research and get back to me - totally valid! A little while later I received a phone call from the intended recipient asking if she could pick it up. Which is a hard no, I want this tracked and I'm happy to do a RTS. So, Sherry shared my personal information with a random person that may or may not be a scammer. This person cleary has my phone number now, may or may not have my address, and I'm going to have to take extra time out of my day to figure out how to get this package RTS ASAP. To say that I'm displeased would be a serious understatement.

If I could give minus stars, I would. I hired this company to move the contents of my 8 x 10 and 5…read morex 7 storage spaces into my new apartment on October 8th, 2018. Prior to this during my phone call with the owner in Salt Lake City, I advised that I only needed two men for 2-3 hours. This estimate was based on my own moving experiences, which have been numerous and in talking with the storage facility manager. I also advised that I would try to get a moving truck, and we agreed that we would meet at the storage facility at 9 am. On the morning of the 8th, I wasn't able to get the truck. I called the guy in Vancouver (I don't remember his name but it may have been AJ?). He agreed to pick up a U-haul truck and we met at 9:30 instead. AJ had a helper with him who said it was his 2nd day on the job. There was about 95% boxes in the unit, with 6 - 7 pieces of furniture (a couple of dressers, a couple of wooden rockers, a bed and a set of end tables). AJ directed what went down to be packed in the truck, leaving the new guy to pack the truck. I began taking boxes down so nothing would fall over on them. After about an hour, I went to buy us all something to drink. When I came back, I noticed how full the truck looked but there was still a lot of stuff upstairs. I back down to the truck and told the new guy that I was going to repack it, otherwise, it wasn't all going to fit. He went upstairs and while I repacked the truck, he brought down individual items in the elevator, not on a dolly or moving cart, just laying in the elevator. He took each item out of the elevator, putting some of the items on top of the moving cart while I ran up and down the ramp, packing the truck because neither of them were doing it. After he came down 2-3 times with items laying on the floor of the elevator, I suggested he take the cart but he said no. All this time, AJ was nowhere to be found. At noon, the new guy came asked how to get to his car. I told him how, then asked where AJ was. He said AJ was upstairs but didn't know what he was doing. That was the last I saw of the new guy. At 1 PM, a different guy walked out of the elevator, saying he was there to replace AJ who had an appointment. I was pretty upset because I hadn't see either of the guys I hired to move my stuff, and I was having to pack the truck which should have been done by noon. I had expected to be completely done before noon. When I got my phone out to call the owner, I had 4 derogatory text messages about me that AJ thought he had sent to his boss, but had mistakenly sent to me. We finally left the storage facility at around 1:15 PM but AJ and the new, new guy stopped to put the dolly in their personal vehicle because AJ didn't think it would fit in the U-Haul (even though I was driving a pickup and could have carried it). Once we arrived at my apartment, I found out that AJ actually had a BROKEN FOOT. I called the owner in Salt Lake City and asked if he knew AJ's foot was broken foot and he said yes, he did know! Because they left the dolly, the boxes could only be moved 1-2 at a time. They finally left at about 4 - 4:30 PM. * What should have taken no more than 3 hrs ended up taking 7 hrs. * Instead of AJ packing the truck he had a guy with 1 days' experience do it. * Instead of using the dolly and moving cart, AJ walked each and every single piece of property out of my unit, down the hall, around the corner, and piled it up outside the elevator, then the new guy took each and every piece from the hallway, put it in the elevator, took the elevator downstairs, and unloaded it piece by piece onto the moving cart and concrete floor for me to move it and pack it into the truck. * AJ never came downstairs to the truck until it was time to leave. * The new guy left without telling anyone. leaving me to wonder if he took anything of mine with him. * AJ sent derogatory text messages about me to what he thought was his boss' phone number but mistakenly sent them to me. * AJ took on a moving job (mine) with a broken foot, knowing full well he could not provide the full extent of services for which I was paying him. * The owner, by his own admission, knew AJ had a broken foot, and sent him to do the job anyway. * The new, new guy paced his moving to that of AJ, so they were both moving at the pace of someone with a broken foot. * I ended up having to pack the truck myself and then move boxes into the apartment because AJ and new, new guy were so incredibly slow. Otherwise, it would have taken all night to move my things into my apartment. * Even after all of this, I was still sent a bill for over $500, even though I fully expected the whole bill to be comped because of the fiasco.
