We've had several located in different parts of the US, and yes there is a difference. We desperately required a storage unit, possibly two, due to a huge move from over 1,000 miles away. Calling from our home town and not knowing where to start, I decided upon Ridgefield Mini Storage. As luck would have it, owner Erica answered the phone and was informative, understanding of our situation, and helpful. She immediately made us feel at ease, we decided to move forward with them. This is one of the best storage unit facilities we have ever used in terms of communication, genuine helpfulness, cleanliness, & safety. The front desk mgr Camille, is just as helpful. It's always a pleasure speaking to either of them. They both go out if their way to answer our questions and find solutions. They are both on the same page, that alone in regards to doing business these days, is definitely a plus! Being new to this area, not knowing the lay of the land so to speak, we have called about other things in general relating to moving & storage and assistance, Erica takes her time with recommendations and assistance as does Camille.
