3 words about Biener Ford Great Neck 661 Northern blvd. Great Neck, New York 11021 (516) 466-6400 service department. UNPROFESSIONAL, LIARS  and THIEVES. I wasn't going to write anything, but then I thought it may help someone to save money and aggravation. Prior to making an appointment I spoke to Chris Urena and told him that I use my car to travel to patients houses. Dealing with stroke patients I have equipment wich I keep in the car. He kindly explained that I should make an appointment, that way they'll be able to take care of it in timely manner. So made an appointment on January 16th for February 6th. Came in to the service department on February 6th. Left the car, talk to Chris, took care of him, that he could be motivated and left and rented a car hoping not for long. Few days later called to find out the status, no answer, left the message, no call back. Drove to the dealership Chris wasn't there but spoke to Louis who told me "car haven't been looked at, give me few more days". He was nice, we talked he even showed me his private pictures. Well on 8th day I stopped by again, now louise doesn't want to talk or look at me just mumbled whenever I can I will put my foreman on it. Day 9 going home from work I decided to swing by the dealer even though it was late. Chris was there, and I approached him and asked him if there was any update. Then he started that, I needed a new transmission, and it's a huge job. He didn't know that I spoke to Louis prior talking to him who told me they never looked at the car, and that I called the warranty, and they told me there was no claim. I couldn't take my car at that moment because I had the rental. Next day I asked my father in low to drive me there and picked up my car. Chris didn't even looked at me, just handed me my keys. I had bought a few things for my car, and just in case that if they needed they could use them when they work on it I have the recipes. 1. Front axle seal (passenger side) and bulkhead sleeve for transmission. Left them next to the shifter. When I picked up the car axle seal was gone. I guess because that was more expensive than a sleeve. I didn't complain or make a big deal out of it, because Chris told me that lots of people have been complaining. So there is no point complaining or talking to a manager, like my Russian friend would say "Fish Rotting From the Head" they all know what is going on. And I have seen and went through a lot in my life and so I will leave it to GOD and karma. Just know before you take your car to this guys what to expect. I wish everyone well GOD bless read more

Bought used bmw horrible communication horrible service dept no call back never been fixed

I would advise everyone not to get any service done here!! I went in with some gaskets leaking and a water pump ohh god what a bad move. Mind you it took 5 weeks cause their system got hacked, how's that my fault right? Cause without an invoice they can't get paid. I decided to get CarShield I had no with CarShield they paid what was supposed to get paid. So make long story kinda short. So I pick up my car that I had to pay another 3 THOUSAND more than CarShield paid. I pick up the car that same night I figured out that the car was causing more problems than I went in with the AC started give me problem's it went fr cool to warm I'm oh god what is this? I call up can u bring it (AGAIN) they had it for 2 weeks till the rude service manager called me to tell me yeah the fan assembly is no good if u want to get fix here fine if not you gotta get your car outta here. So I go to him I guess you forgot you had my car there for 2 months for a 4 day job. Very rude!! I'm upset with myself because I know better than that. Cause I thought getting CarShield I would save 3k and I came out my pocket 4k even people that work there said the tech has a lot of complaints and the service manager is an A HOLE!!! Btw the tech burnt the fan assembly. It happened b4 at Firestone on northern Blvd that's out of business wonder why? Lol and that was 7yrs ago. I didn't bring the car there for a bad fan assembly and a bad AC Compressor. And my main mechanic would of charged me 3k and had it bad in 4 days feel like slapping myself everyday. And ford didn't change alot of certain parts that u do when u change the water pump like the chain was not done can keep going. I can keep going. My lawyer wanted to file a complaint to ford of America. For how they treated me I probably should of but I have no more in me. I home the technician gets fired and the service manager how he treated me like a pos and to someone that just didn't spend 7 THOUSAND DOLLARS there. BIENER should just stick with AUDI and that's me guessing that they are better than the ford dealership. I hope that's enough for you to stay away from service even with warranty. ‍‍‍‍ read more

It's very unfortunate that this dealership can't be up front. They won't give you any pricing information over the phone or email and say the price is what you see and that you HAVE to go in. You can't even speak with a sales person in the phone only in person. Once you go in they hit you with a slew of additional fees. I even explained Ed that I was driving from out of town 2 hours away and they didn't care. Wasted 6 hours of my life. read more

I tried to write a review about my experience at Audi Great Neck + Beiner Ford, (apparently same network) however there was so much to add I quickly exceeded yelp review word limit. From shady staging and negotiation tactics, lies they're comfortable speaking to your face, the safety issue I found when I got home, because they're cool with selling cars with tire damage and I had too much faith in them at the time to get down on my knees and check, compiled with the radio silence I received after leaving, when I was trying to bring an issue with my vehicle to their attention, and seek clarification on registration, It seems every review you see here about this place is spot on. Probably don't buy a used car here. Especially not a nice one. New car buyers probably get a different treatment than I received, but that's me giving them the benefit of the doubt. read more

Service at this dealership is absolutely horrible. I had my vehicle there for 2 weeks (after waiting a month for an appointment) after complaining about transmission trouble. They insisted there was nothing wrong with it and told me to take my car back. Less than 2 weeks later I ended up stranded on the side of the road because my car stopped going into gear. Had my car towed back and did not receive any kind of update for close to a month. Went back today and had my car towed to a different dealership - the car was in the same exact place it was left after breaking down, they did not even diagnose the problem. Complaining to management is pointless, they don't offer any kind of resolution or even an apology for lack of communication. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more
