** 100/10 - Highly Recommend Bayside Collision Shop!**…read more Justin was absolutely outstanding from start to finish! His professionalism, honesty, and customer service made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. From our first conversation, Justin took the time to understand my situation and even recommended the best rental car option to make sure I was covered for the entire repair process. I truly appreciated his transparency. I've had vehicles with less damage take over a month to repair, so when he confidently told me my car would be ready in about two weeks, I was pleasantly surprised. They ended up finishing just three days later than originally estimated, which was still incredibly impressive given the quality of the work. Because I'm active-duty military stationed out of state, I wasn't able to pick up my car as soon as it was ready. I communicated my availability, and Justin and his team were more than accommodating. When I arrived, my car was washed, detailed, and waiting for me. The quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations. My car looks absolutely amazing, and you can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship. It's not easy trusting someone with your vehicle, but Justin and his team treated my car with the same care and attention they would their own. If you're looking for a collision shop that's honest, efficient, communicates well, and delivers exceptional results, look no further than Bayside Collision Shop. Thank you, Justin and the entire team, for your professionalism, understanding, and outstanding work. **100/10--I would recommend this shop to anyone!**

My friend recommended me to Bayside Collision to have body work done and I dealt with Arthur. When…read moreI picked up the car I did check it but when I returned home in the evening I found multiple problems of swirls and imperfections when the light was shining on it. I reached out the next day and Arthur accused me that I did the damage overnight and I'm bringing it back on him. I was shocked by his angry & unprofessional response, especially since he said he guarantees his work. He said he would try to buff it out, and well, that didn't help. I took it to another body shop to have it looked at. I was told they painted the entire quarter panel which extended beyond the damage to try blend it in. Which created more imperfections and blistering. For the amount he charged I expected quality work and didn't receive it. Learn from my mistake, don't pay cash and look at it under a bright light and so you can see the true quality of work.

They called me around 3ish and let me know they finally got to my car and found out the issue. And they door dashed the part that was needed for the car. They did mention if they can't finish I won't be able to get the car back until Monday. Was a weekend and after that was a holiday. But to my luck they were able to finish right before they closed so that I was able to get my car back the same day instead of waiting another day since they'll be closed the next day. They were able to find the issue why my car wasn't starting.

I called Tom from Brendan's, who had always been so kind and helpful whenever my car needed a fix, while I was waiting in the dealership lobby and he told me to bring the car by as soon as possible. Eric and Tom took the time to check if I actually needed all of these repairs (I didn't, only a few that I already knew about from my last visit to Brendan's and hadn't gotten around to fixing yet) and gave me a MUCH more reasonable cost. Car was done early the next morning. As a young girl who lives across the country from her family and has zero car knowledge, people like the staff at Brendan's really make such a difference. Fellow residents of Whitestone please heed my warning, stay away from this place…read more You will be scared into buying parts you don't need and charged 3-30x what the parts actually cost. (they wanted to charge $60 for a gasket, Rofl. Found the same one on ebay for $2). Same thing for an iac valve that i didn't even need (I'll go into detail shortly). The valve is $80 they said it was a $400 part because "no one had it"... first link on Google was 80 bucks free shipping. They will try to take you for everything they can. I brought my car for 1 oil change and suddenly I began having idle issues and throwing a check engine light after getting my car back from them. I go back and ask what they think the problem is. This is where they tell me I need a new iac valve that will cost 700 dollars including labor. With my bullshit detector ringing loud in the back of my head I ask how much the part is, that's where they tell me 400 bucks. After checking the actual price of the part ($80) I put 2 and 2 together and got the hell out of there. After WEEKS of trouble shooting my vehicle doing everything from checking & cleaning valves, throttle bodies, checking for faults in the wiring and nearly resetting my ecu, I discover a tiny little valve that seems to be missing a little rubber cap. Those ******* bastards removed the cap to create a small and inconspicuous vacuum leak that would force the cars computer to throw that code. They were going to pocket the entire 700 without even buying or replacing the part by putting the rubber cap back on. I bought a pack of the caps I needed for 25 cents, put it on, and the car has been running mint for months now. I'm so sick that this scum is allowed to have a 'business' in my town.
