I have received an initial text from someone who signs it "Nick T". My bike has a broken front fork which needs to be replaced. Since then, I've been texting this guy in good faith and trying to accommodate his time frame, and his (in)ability to find a replacement fork. I've done everything he's asked of me, but I have received nothing but words on a text from him. he can't find a decent replacement for work??? Apparently he's in the wrong business! What a runaround sham. Do not waste your time! Do not expect service or consideration! There are a lot of other vendors, who are willing and able to do repairs, and or sell you a good bike. The young guy that took care of me told me my options and I asked about the extender option which raised the bar 3.25 inches. He actually put the part on while I waited and adjusted things after putting it on. He charged me for the part only. He was a great employee to work with. The owner of this bike shop is a disgusting piece of a human being--a vile excuse for a business owner. He is deceitful, unprofessional, and completely lacking in integrity. Over the phone, he quoted one price for assembling a bike, but when I arrived to pick up my bike, he suddenly demanded more--an obvious bait-and-switch tactic. He and his inexperienced teenage staff also attempted to withhold or swap out parts that rightfully belonged to me, simply because the bike wasn't purchased from his store. He even had the audacity to think I wouldn't notice the difference--trying to pass off cheap, generic parts in place of the originals. When I confronted him and said I would call the police for stealing my parts, he exploded in anger, yelling at me and calling me "cheap" and "crazy" in a hostile, unhinged manner. I paid this man for a service he and his employees failed to perform correctly, and instead of owning up to his dishonesty, he doubled down with disrespect and aggression. His behavior is disgraceful, unethical, and absolutely unacceptable. Avoid at all cost!!!!

Worst experience with this company. My son's club soccer team has been using them for the past…read morethree seasons so we have no other option but to order from them. In total we've probably spent over $1000 over the last three seasons. This year the soccer kit changed we ordered the same sizing as last season but it is significantly smaller. We asked if we were able to get an exchange because the sizing is drastically smaller than last season and we ordered the same sizing. We don't think it's fair that we have to spend another $100 on top of all that we've spent. The woman who helped was not accommodating at all she just kept repeating all they could offer was 20% off and that in reality "they didn't even have to do that". She had zero empathy did not care that we've been loyal customers. She was very off-putting. There is a reason they have 1.9 stars.
