Great service! Bill was professional, prompt & "knows his bikes". Will definitely use Borderline Bikes again for any repairs I may need.

Excellent small little place that gives you personalized attention. I had my Bianchi bike, (one of…read morethe first mountain bikes since 1984) restored. I also bought a helmet and bicycle rack and he was more than happy to show me and help me install it. His inventory is limited, but he can order anything for you. I Highly recommend this place. Maybe I should do a review on yelp because I cannot delete those two other pictures that do not belong here. But it's allowing me to delete the picture that goes with this review. So if you're interested in Touchtone Jewelry, this is my link because I cannot delete these Touchstone Jewelry pictures. http://Touchstone Crystal.com/yolandalacalle Pictured is my bike which I rode from North Arlington to the Jersey shore. ‍‍

The owner (Grimaldo Duran) sold me a beautiful helmet (30 bucks) , it fit perfectly. I left to ride over to a nearby cemetery to visit my nephew's grave. It's a huge place, half way in I got a flat tire! S**t...its early afternoon, everyone's at work, how am I going to get out of here?! So I called the owner Grimaldo Duran of Legend Bikes, it was a long shot but before I could finish telling him my dilemma he said, I'll be right there. He waited outside bc I didnt know where I was and he waited 30 mins for me to push my 70lb bike out to the entrance. WOW now that's customer service! Who does that? There are some good people in the world. I.am.now.a.customer.for.life! Go visit this shop, you won't be disappointed. :D

At no point should bolts randomly fling off your bike while you going down the Brooklyn bridge going 24mph. I'm a high school student and I had to pay for my bike with my own money. I've been working since 10th grade to help my mom because she is a single parent so for me the loss of about 5k including repairs leave me without transportation as I can not afford to repair it at this point. I've spent 3.7k on a bike, this isn't including the repairs i had to pay over the span of a year which amount to at least 1.4k+ after random bolts detaching and motor failing, and as soon as the warranty expired my bike had a random electrical issue where the bike wouldn't accelerate. From the owner Pete: OK, where are you going? (Direct email sent from owner) 1- Last Mile NYC replaces all of the electronics on your bike. The cost of the parts and labor is $2910.54 2- Send your bike back to Super73. They will do their own diagnosis, and determine the issues and fix the problems. Unfortunately your bike is not under warranty, the cost of packing up and freighting your bike to and from Super73 will be around $1200. Plus their diagnostic fee, parts and labor.
