Worst experience with this company. My son's club soccer team has been using them for the past three seasons so we have no other option but to order from them. In total we've probably spent over $1000 over the last three seasons. This year the soccer kit changed we ordered the same sizing as last season but it is significantly smaller. We asked if we were able to get an exchange because the sizing is drastically smaller than last season and we ordered the same sizing. We don't think it's fair that we have to spend another $100 on top of all that we've spent. The woman who helped was not accommodating at all she just kept repeating all they could offer was 20% off and that in reality "they didn't even have to do that". She had zero empathy did not care that we've been loyal customers. She was very off-putting. There is a reason they have 1.9 stars. read more

Ordered shorts for my daughter (Women's Small) that are too big. While Nike makes an XS in this exact short, they are saying because the club didn't give this option, they cannot provide it to me in XS. They will also not return the too large shorts. So basically, tell your 12 year old "sorry, we are horrible at customer service and she has to wear the shorts that will literally fall off of her when she runs." Just ordered a sweatshirt for my son who is 14 yrs old and received a little youth size sweatshirt instead. They tell me they're only able to offer $10 off for me to order the correct size. That means I would be paying close $100 for one sweatshirt. I previously ordered my son's soccer kit well over $400 and the numbers on his gear keep pealing off. Maybe the physical store is different if you walk in pick out an item, pay for it and leave...but the online Soccer Zone is awful!! You can never get ahold of anyone to help. The phone number on their web site doesn't work the phone just rings and rings. Many items on their web site do not list items as mens, woman's or youth and the sizes are vague. Wow- should have checked these reviews prior to ordering- they speak volumes. Returned cleats that did not fit. Apparently during transit with the post office the box was damaged so they took 30% from my refund- that's what I what I was told when I inquired. I read very clearly that the items must be returned unused in new condition... which they were but apparently any damage done to the cardboard box results in a 30% reduction to your refund. Needless to say- last order I'll ever place with this business and the 2 star rating seems to be rightfully earned. read more

Although they have a decent collection of items, the Pompton Plains store does not have the items in all sizes. On July 24th, my son settled for a pair of Nike cleats because they did not have the Adidas he usually wears in his size. Today, August 24th, I took the shoes back to the store because, after only 13 practices and 2 scrimmages, the sole on the left toe is separating from the upper portion. Several teammates told him to take them back to Soccer Zone as it had also happened to them and Soccer Zone had replaced the shoes. Had the shoes been $50, I'd say, "You get what you paid for"and buy new ones, but these were $150 cleats and should last at least a full season. Once at the store, the young kid working said we had to contact Nike and that the store did not deal with defective items. He would not even discuss the fact that the shoes are only a month old. What?!? I would think that the store would stand by what it sells and deal with Nike on our behalf, especially since the shoes are practically brand new. TERRIBLE customer service! This company is the worst!!! Never answers their phone... 1 line for 4 stores! I stood in their store while calling them and no one even answered! Don't use for Team/Club orders... always a problem, alway slow. Customer Service is terrible, slow to respond and nasty. We drive an extra fifteen minutes to shop at Soccer Zone. The selection is excellent and the prices are lower than their closest competitors. The staff is fantastic with my 9-year olds. They take the time to answer any questions I have. My boys are often undecided when choosing cleats. The staff is always helpful and patient. They will patiently bring out as many pairs to help in the selection. They also call around or check around for a size. read more

Avoid them. Terrible service. I would rate Soccer Zone USA a 0 if I could. I have had two bad experiences ordering soccer uniforms here for my kids in different seasons and both times they were late. When you try to track your order they tell you to send an e-mail. They promise it will be there soon but it does not show when they say it will. They are good at making excuses. The weather, it was my fault for ordering too late, items on back order -- you name it, they have an excuse. They still managed to bill my credit card right away. If you have a choice, find another uniform provider. I had no choice because this is who my kids' soccer club uses. You would think with three locations in NJ they could figure this out. read more

Unfortunately, like several of the posters here, the M Bethens family is forced to deal with this sad excuse of a business because M Bethens Jr. must order her soccer uniform through them. Not only do they not answer the phone in any of their locations (except once I got through to Montclair by some miracle), when you go in person to inquire about your order, it's like talking to something that looks like a human being, but you question if it is actually alive and breathing. Our soccer club just switched the entire club's uniforms to soccer zone and what a vast improvement in service from the previous company. They handled the transition beautifully and when I had an issue with one of my daughter's jerseys, they got back to me immediately and had the shirts reprinted and expedited.
