The numbers were wrinkled, bubbled, and unevenly pressed across multiple jerseys. The warm up jacket had the correct initials but they were off center and crooked. At this point my daughter still does not have a playable uniform for her game tomorrow. She is 12 years old and should not have to feel singled out or embarrassed because a company cannot do its job. This is not just an inconvenience. It is affecting kids who want nothing more than to feel part of their team. We have wasted time, money, and energy sending uniforms back and forth and all we have to show for it are defective products. Any company that provides team uniforms should understand the responsibility they have to get it right the first time. This one clearly does not. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

We asked if we were able to get an exchange because the sizing is drastically smaller than last season and we ordered the same sizing. We don't think it's fair that we have to spend another $100 on top of all that we've spent. The woman who helped was not accommodating at all she just kept repeating all they could offer was 20% off and that in reality "they didn't even have to do that". She had zero empathy did not care that we've been loyal customers. She was very off-putting. There is a reason they have 1.9 stars.

I'm writing this in hopes that the owner will read it and perhaps consider making some changes. I was born in 1971 and raised in Pequannock so of course Marcos was a huge part of my childhood. That being said, the interrior of the store is not much different than it was when I was a child. I'm a sucker for nostalgia and I love everything retro but...all the miss matched grungy utility mats on the floor are sad. The tattered old ugly awnings on the outside are sad. The boring window displays are sad. The woman who works behind the counter is sad and not very friendly. You work in a toy store for crying out loud It's not The Gulog! The staff in general is just MEH and don't seem very interested in helping anyone. I'm a huge advocate of supporting local business so paying a bit more is fine by me. I do all my toy and gift shopping here and I stop in when I need a break from the cruel hard world. I walk the isles and reminisce about a simpler place in time when I had not a single care in the world. I leave with a smile on my face and warmth in my heart. I don't want the place to change per se it just needs a few tweaks here and there. Fix up the outside for a more pleasing and welcoming appearance. Dress up the window displays for the seasons. Replace the darn awnings for crying out loud. Don't change the sign because it's a staple, just fix it up a little. Zhuzh the place up! How about introducing some kid friendly experiences like a story time, Lego and Barbie workshops, craft workshops use your imagination! You have the space if you just rearranged a little. I recently came for a ski boot fitting after seeing many promising reviews and I was not…read moredisappointed. I walked in mid-day on a weekday so it wasn't super busy. I waited about 15 minutes before meeting Doug for a boot fitting. He measured my foot, looked at its structure, and pulled out a few boots to try. The first was tight (as it was a size down) and when we went up in size it fit very well. Then he had me try several different models/brands and we settled on a pair of Salomon's. He heated the liner and had it heat molded to my foot. Through the entire process (which took about an hour), Doug shared stories, experience, and explained each step. He made me feel comfortable and confident in his skill. Once completed, I mentioned my bindings needed to be adjusted. I brought in my skis and they had my bindings readjusted in 15 minutes. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience here and will be coming back should I need any other gear. I paid full price for the boot, expected with the excellent fitting, and was told if I needed work on the boot I can return within a year. They are a knowledgeable group of people, kind, and have a wide selection. I can't recommend them enough.

This particular location was a little understocked in general and a little messy in some areas. Employees were non-existent - not that I'm complaining. I'd rather not deal with Target employees in general if I can help it due to most locations' employees being sub-par, unwelcoming, rude, lethargic, and overall poor. Parking lot is decent, though on the smaller end when comparing it to the Home Depot lot right next door. Overall, it's a Target. Nothing special here, but I suppose for locals in the area it's okay. I've been to much worse Targets than this one (those who call this the 'worst Target' haven't seen the locations much worse than this one) so if you think this one is that bad, count your blessings that you haven't been to even worse ones - because they're out there.
