Absolutely incredible flavors! Feel good meal of 2023. Will seek out this truck to eat at again

Bulgogi pork noodle salad, kimchi side

Love this truck! It is Downtown at Milk and Kilby every Thursday and the price for the quantity of delicious, flavorful food is unreal! I got a Bulgogi Pork Noodle Salad ($7.99) with a side of Kimchi ($3). Foremost, noodle salad was amazing, meat well seasoned - forewarning: they put the gochujang sauce on the food for you so if you can't take heat or want to control the amount, ask for it on the side! Skip the Kimchi side. I was really excited because it was a legit full portion, container you can get from a grocery story (think cream cheese sized container), but it wasn't that good. Not sure if it's home made or actually is store bought. Kimchi aside, can't wait to try the Rice Bowl, the Sandwich, and the Bibimbap! I hope they get a website soon (currently only on Facebook but they keep it up to date) as my coworker and I would love for them to cater one of our company lunches in the future.

This truck was a pretty good find! It's a little bit of a walk from my office downtown but worth it. You really get so much food for the price point. I got the classic box with bulgogi pork and rice. Everything was delicious. My only complaint is that the rice oils have been a little softer and the egg was overcooked. However, will definitely come back! Great lunch find.

Loved seeing this food trunk on a Friday PM in the Navy Yard! I got the Bi Bim Bap with bulgogi pork and garlic sauce. Really tasty and buttery. I like the meat but regret not ordering extra. Huge portion but they really pack a lot of rice into it. And by the end I just had a ton of rice left. They have lots of different options on how you want to make your food (extra meat, fried egg, etc) Friendly staff!

Portions are huge and everything is flavorful and seasoned. I got the Alfredo and added oxtail and the grilled salmon wrap. The fries that came with the wrap we're also seasoned, still crispy and hot when it got delivered to me! The beef patty was delicious but I wish it had more filling. Overall the food was pretty good and I'd get it again if I could!

I knew that the wait for our food would be long (which was reinforced by the sign saying as much!), but the food was definitely well worth it. Portions were extremely generous. I wasn't expecting that, so we had ordered the salmon rasta pasta and crispy chicken sandwich for our mains, plus plantains and mac n cheese as sides. I would recommend just getting the entrées in the future, as that was definitely more than enough food. The salmon was EXCELLENT. I had no idea what to expect in terms of how it was cooked and served, but I was blown away by it. In addition, this was my first time having the rasta pasta, and it really surprised me by tasting so similar to Italian flavors. The crispy chicken sandwich was also quite large and tasty, and the fries were fantastic. They were seasoned just the right amount of cajun and retained all of their crunch. If I had known that the salmon rasta pasta came with a couple of fried plantains, I wouldn't have also ordered the side - in fact, I preferred the ones that came with the meal, which seemed to be different (perhaps fried a little more, and sweeter than the version in the side dish). The mac n cheese was the only thing that didn't stand out as great - it was very creamy, but a little too thick. All of this food was for a very reasonable price. The staff were also extremely friendly. I will note that the music is quite loud, but enjoyable. I'd highly recommend it if you're ever in the area!

We went to a soup dumpling class today and had SO MUCH fun learning how soup dumplings are made and learning how to make simple Mei Mei folds and more complicated pleat folds. And then we got to enjoy the fruits of our labor with some lovely mocktails. Delicious! I highly recommend this class. Agnes was a great teacher and both patient and fun. If you can't make it a class, look for their dumplings at your local farmers market or go to their store. I like the classic pork and ginger best, but they also make some more unusual flavors and both veggie and vegan options

Tickets were a little over $30 and you get to eat a variety of dumplings to your heart's content. There was a delicious pickled cabbage side, salad, crunchy onion, and sauces. Drinks available for purchase. They even let us take some of the leftover dumplings at the end of the event. It's a small space so it was a little snug but honestly the vibes among the people there were great. This was an awesome way to eat great food and catch up with friends while supporting a small business. Highly recommend their bottomless dumpling event as well as their frozen dumplings.
