We've been here so many times. Good location and easy parking. The service was good and clean restroom. It would be great if they could clean the tables faster during peak hours. Customers have different standards cleaning tables after their meals. Some customers won't even clean the table at all

Good experience. I was out shopping and ordered lunch via the app. I did a custom spicy chicken bowl. It was a busy lunch rush and when I was a little early so when I got there there fook was not quite ready. I decided just to dine in when it was ready. I have only eaten at this chain twice and this location did not disappoint. Good value, really good food, and I found an online offer for $2 off my first order with the app.

This is is a great concept for a restaurant! I wish one was closer to home. The best way I can describe it it is, it is the Asian version of a Qdoba or Chipotle. Good selection of fresh food and healthy toppings. Never heard of purple rice!

I have been meaning to try BIBIBOP for the longest time and happened to be running errands nearby and finally took the plunge. I'm so glad that I did! The format is similar to Chipotle or Piada and you can pick a base with a protein, starch, and add veggies. It's an Asian theme with tons of fresh and healthy options. I ordered the purple rice, with tofu, pineapple, purple cabbage, carrots, as well as corn and peppers. I added the yum yum sauce to mine and it was absolutely delicious. They also sell some juices and I got the Aloe mangosteen which to be honest wasn't really my cup of tea. It was just way to pulpy for my liking. The ambiance is also super cute and there is plenty of outdoor seating. For a quick and healthy meal, this is a great option to add to the mix. I will definitely be back!

    Adorable dining nooks.

I've been to several Bibibops, but this location is probably my favorite. Service is fast, the employees are kind, and it's always been really clean when we've eaten in. Bonus points for the modern look. The food is consistently good. On today's visit I had the salad with spicy chicken and a rainbow of veggies, while my husband had the noodles with tofu. Everything was fresh, at the right temperature and ridiculously aesthetically pleasing. (Seriously, it's like they built the menu with Instagram in mind.) I love that their sides are affordable and just the right portion; we had the kimchi and pineapple. Why don't more restaurants prominently feature fresh fruit? I digress. When looking for a quick meal that's easy on your bank account, Bibibop is a great choice!

Perfect amount of food and reasonably priced. It was definitely what was needed after a 7 mile hike. It's always so nice when you can see what you're getting, and everything seemed real fresh. The bowl itself had a lot of variety and flavor. Pretty much a chipotle version for bibimbap. Love the concept. Wish they would open some in chicago!

Standard Bowl with choices, no Korean BBQ added yet.

Unfortunately, I ordered delivery rather late on a Friday night. It was received by the kitchen. But just a little while later, my order had been "rerouted" by the kitchen, hence there was confusion for the delivery driver. It arrived an hour later, cold, unusually assembled, with a large quantity of Korean BBQ "dumped" across the top. There was no room to mix the ingredients had I not had another dish. The sauce bag was partially torn open, so I threw it away. My advice is don't order late on a Friday or Saturday night, especially from restaurants where the staff is probably exhausted. Nevertheless, if money is paid, the customer should receive what they expect.

Bibibop is my go-to spot for a nutritious, satisfying meal, and this spot definitely lived up to my expectations. I got a tofu bowl and loaded up on everything vegan--always so many options. The staff are exceptionally kind and added copious amounts of rice and japchae noodles even though I ordered 1/2 of each for the base. They didn't skimp on the other toppings either. I love how colorful it looks in the end! It's truly art.

The ambiance was definitely vibey and perfect for socializing, with a lively atmosphere that fit our group of 13 well. Unfortunately, everything after the hostess stand went downhill on the service side. Our server felt disengaged from the start and rarely checked on us. It was hard to tell if we'd said something wrong or if he was just having an off night, but even after asking other staff members to send him over, he never came back to check on our table. With automatic gratuity already added for a large party, it was disappointing to experience such minimal attention and care. What I had: * Mediterranean Salmon (shared): The portion split felt more like 75/25 than an even share, which was a little odd for something asked to be split. The salmon itself was decent, but the hummus quickly overpowered the dish if you mixed everything together. * Teriyaki Ribeye: I requested medium rare and received a steak well past well-done, dry enough that it was basically inedible. It almost tasted like it had been reheated rather than freshly cooked. Since our server never checked in, I had to flag someone else down to get it replaced, and the remake took about 15 minutes to arrive--even though the cut was thin and already marinated. * Old Fashioned: The cocktail came out quite watered down, with very little depth of flavor. I would've asked for it to be remade, but again, our server was nowhere to be found. The bar program also felt surprisingly limited for a place that leans into a social, cocktail-forward vibe, which added to the letdown. Between the uneven service, lack of follow-through, and several misses on the food and drinks, it's hard to say I'd rush back--especially when there are so many other strong options in Columbus.

My girlfriend's Parmesan Crusted Chicken was bland as well. Looking back at some of the reviews, this is a common theme. For a high priced establishment, we expected a more intimate experience. Now my life has changed, and I can take advantage of lunch at these places. Completely empty at noon on a weekday, a little disturbing. But, better than not being able to get in. Classy inside, nice seating options, quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Excellent service throughout. Large sushi menu, plus hot entrees, many apps, etc. A lot I wanted to try. But I had to start with the crab Rangoon tarts. Never seen it this way. Three fairly small tartlets, nice crust, with a dollop of "Rangoon" filling. Could have used more in each tart, but tasty enough. The sauce is a little zippier than most for crab Rangoon. Good, different, not amazing. And that pretty much describes the rest of the meal. Were my expectations too high? Nothing was bad, everything was pretty good, but not amazing. I had the Red Scorpion roll next. Mid-sized, a nice roll of kani, tuna, avocado, and more, topped with several sauces. Barely fit each piece in my mouth. Tasty, but again not amazing. Not what I expected from a place like this with reviews this high. A little heat, far from the spicy suggested by the name and reviews. Also had unagi and toro nigiri. Again, good, not great. Neither was as tender as I'd hoped, though decent all in all. Flavors were good on the unagi, and the toro was somewhat buttery/creamy but not on par with others I've had. Hmph. Cost was not bad, considering the decor of the place and that it's sushi. I left full but not overstuffed. I'd come back, maybe for a date night. Arancini - 6/10, nice crispy texture but the taste was a bit unexpected, like the added a bit too much Gorgonzola. Calamari - 7/10, a bit chewy but with a nice crisp, missing something fresh. Beef carpaccio - 2/10, Marcella's used to have an absolutely delicious carpaccio... this was a bit of an abomination. Beef slices too thick, crispy flatbread that broke up when I looked at it wrong, a white sauce on top that made the whole dish worse. Absolutely do not recommend. Dinner was a few pizzas 2/10 (read: precooked flatbreads with subpar toppings). The crispy potato "pizza" needs to be taken off the menu. Garlic sauce, cheese and these awful, overcooked potato chips. It was inedible - all 5 people at the table tried it but put their slice down after the first or second bite. Pizza Margherita DOC was a very salty, tomatoey thing. I think the grocery store version would be a better choice. We also shared the Pepperoni Sausage with mushrooms which was better, but it was undercooked and watery. There was a reservation for the 7-top table we were seated at, at 6pm and we were told that might be cutting it too close because they like to allow over 2 hours for a "large" party of six. They seated us anyway, but the vibe was that we needed to understand that we had a limited time. Since we were not having a celebration, we were pretty certain that we wouldn't take two hours to eat. That all seemed super odd to us and we kind of joked with each other about it during the meal. Spoiler alert: we were out in about an hour. I ordered the Shady Legs seasonal specialty cocktail. It had a cucumber soda water and a berry infused vodka and berry simple syrup. It came decorated cute with a flamingo toothpick, but I had to open my own umbrella on it, lol. It was unremarkable and the other person that ordered it agreed. The table shared the Buffalo Cauliflower and Honey Ginger Soy Cauliflower wings. Both were delicious and made just right to not be too raw or too mushy. I and another person got the Sweet Potato Noodles and they were very good and we both agreed we'd order that again. However, we both agreed that we thought it came with actual "noodles" made from sweet potatoes and were not expecting spiralized sweet potatoes. That didn't ruin the meal, because fortunately they were just the right consistency, Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals, but both people wondered the Chickpea Curry said they thought it needed more sauce. As I said, we, with our "large" party were in and out in about an hour, so crisis diverted with the reservation for our table after we left.
