The peanut sauce was delicious and overall I felt it was a super healthy choice. The roll filling was crisp and fresh. And now... Sashimi Deluxe. I was so pleased! The sashimi was delicious. Yummy sound-inducingly delicious. Even better was the dish did not include deep red tuna. This type of dense tuna always seems to end up on a sashimi deluxe meal and it is my least favorite. Hat's off to Wild Ginger for skipping it. Every fish was flavorful and melted in my mouth. I'd come back to Wild Ginger for my sashimi fix any day of the week. The miso soup was a bust.
