Brady was so helpful with recommendations for my Mac. Even though security is rarely an issue, I can still pass viruses on to other people! I've got a solid plan in place now though, so it won't be me messing people up :) I highly recommend Brady for tech and IT support. read more

Brady is a great resource! He came over to my house to help me out when my computer was dying. I was so afraid that I was going to lose all my data before I could get a new iMac. He cleaned out all the worthless junk I'd accumulated, and moved everything to an external hard drive, thus allowing to me to make my transition from old computer to new, smooth sailing. I've recommended him to other friends who have home offices. read more

Brady was recommended to me by another professional in the field, and I'm so glad he was! I have a tiny network set-up of sorts in my small office in the back of my store. For a while, it was okay-ish until one day, the connections became slow or otherwise practically unusable. After racking my brain, which is at least experienced in setting up my network, for all possible easy to intermediate solutions and getting nowhere with them, I finally decided to seek actual professional help. My initial search had prevented me from getting professional help in the first place because all I found were really high prices for something that, I believed, shouldn't cost that much. I mean, the costs were all reasonable, but my needs didn't match the hefty packages most professionals offered. In addition, it seemed IT problems were piling up in heaps around town as I couldn't even get an appointment within a week. Enter Brady: He was eager to come by as soon as possible, which at the time was the very next day. Not only that, he arrived almost an hour earlier than scheduled and gladly went to work. Right off the bat, I could tell he was knowledgeable, experienced, and intelligent. But what's better is that he's very friendly and adorably quirky. He quickly got down to business, and, boy, he did not fool around. He rooted out all possible problems with my network connections and gave me advice to avoid future ones. And when I thought he could have been done, he spent extra time to double check everything and even tested some hypothetical scenarios that my network might have to face. Then about a month later, he checked-in to make sure everything was still as peachy as when he'd left. For his thoughtful, thorough, and professional work, his rate is eyes-popping-out-of-the-head amazing! Needless to say, my tiny network set-up is now working fine, many thanks to Brady. It actually is running much more solidly and reliably! I'm glad I found him - he's my new go-to guy for tech problems. I highly recommend him to be yours! read more

Brady Helkenn, founder and CEO of BH Tech Connection, a/k/a "Jedi Master", has the heart, soul, mind, and tons of experience helping small businesses with all kinds of IT issues. He is a true asset for companies with less than 10 employees, and has a heart of gold. He is brilliant, caring, compassionate, fun and witty (sufficiently nerdy as well, of course.) I totally trust him and rely on his expertise for all my company's IT support and trouble shooting. I give him my highest recommendation and will use no one else! read more

I absolutely grateful that I found Brady! I generally do not trust IT guys with my computer since I am not sure if they are going to change/ brake something. Brady is not only VERY competent, he is also very professional. He does not waist your time/ money. Makes himself invisible and does not interrupt your work place and does not trying to explain you too complex things. He does exactly what you ask for, and does it quickly, professionally. I am absolutely grateful that a mutual friend introduced me to Brady. I generally don't trust IT guys with my computer, I have always been afraid they would brake something or make the problem worse. Brady took the time to explain to me why my computer was not functioning properly to a non techie like myself, who has very little knowledge about computers. He made the experience quite pleasant and did not make me feel stupid. I highly recommend Brady for any computer problem you might have. Brady is not only very competent, he is professional and you can see the passion in his eyes as he fixes your computer issues. read more

I used Brady's service several times to clean up my laptop, to do routine maintenance and to even help me buy a new one. Given a huge variety of laptops and pressure from sales people, it is important to get professional's opinion on what features you need in your laptop and what is just unnecessary stuff you are paying for. Brady is very personable and cool and he knows his stuff! I highly recommend him! read more

Unfortunately for me, my laptop was working at the pace of a snail...and I was on the verge of purchasing a new computer. Fortunately, I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Brady Helkenn and he suggested that he'd be able to clear out unneeded files and applications and get my computer back up to speed...I was slightly doubtful, as I regularly clear out those unwanted files and things on my own...however, I was down to about 10 gigs of available space and that makes for a lot of spinning wheels when working in photo processing applications, so I was desperate. I hired BH Tech, Brady came by for a complimentary diagnostic and we then scheduled a time for him to service the computer. He was able to come to my location on both occasions and was quick and efficient...after less than 3 hours, I had more than 70 gigs of available space! This makes me and my computer very happy... Thank you so much Brady of BH Tech Connection...! read more

I had a problem with legal software that was really essential to my family law practice. I had paid for the update to the software, but was unable to even call the program up. It just wouldn't load. The software provider kept trying to pass the buck. I enlisted Brady's help to deal with them, and he held their feet to the fire until the software was successfully installed and available for my use. Brady is working on other on-going IT projects for me, and has been a real value add to my practice. I highly recommend his services. read more

I literally cannot say enough great things about this company! We work with Brady and Geo and they are simply the best! I run a small law firm with 2 office locations and we have been through our share of IT companies. Until we found BH I would constantly curse our IT issues and feel like everything was more complicated then I could handle. Once we hired Brady and his team, he updated our entire computer system, got rid of outdated servers that others said we needed to maintain, made our systems portable and our access and back-up secure. His company and their work has made my job so much easier and I actually enjoy talking with him and understand what he is talking about. His fees are totally reasonable and his integrity unbeatable. If you need IT support run, don't walk, to these guys!! read more

I tried to DIY my email migration after I got my new website. That didn't go so well. I wrote to Brady and he came over within 48 hours an in three hours he sorted out the problems with G Suite with the G Suite Tech, got BOX working correctly, gave a bunch of great tips and connected my client software to my new email address. If I had done this myself it would have taken a week. Brady did it all in under three hours. read more

Brady has been a huge help in getting our company switched from PC to MAC desk top computers. He is extremely knowledgable, and patient!! He can guess what questions we might have and he has all the answers. We had no "down time" making the switch, which was a great help to us. And he is always available for whatever issue may come up. We are very pleased. read more

If you're like me, you don't really wanna pay for computer tech help. You think "I can just fix it myself". Well, I hit my limit of frustration and finally just found someone to help. Brady, who came recommended, was able to show up with rather short notice and get my system back on track. Now my system runs smoother than ever and I don't have to reboot 3-4x a day anymore. So much happier. =) read more

I was ready to send my Chromebook back for being useless (It could see the working wireless network, but refused to connect unless I reset it entirely) but I made an appointment with BH Tech. Brady came right on time for my appointment, and was able to quickly determine that manually adjusting my settings would get my chromebook to play nice with my older Airport router. Since my appointment, I've had no trouble and am using my working laptop to write this review! I was very happy with the work done. read more

Brady was wonderful! He cleaned up my computer, got rid of those annoying beach balls, and somehow managed to make my computer run faster....all in very little time. He not only got things running the way they should be running, he made recommendations to me regarding actions I can take to make things better and safer. He responds to my email questions and always is there to help out. He is a wonderful resource.
