Shortly after, I recieved a call from Moshe, he was at another job, but gave me an ETA. When he showed up, he was very sweet. Given the work he needed to do, he gave me a quote that was different from the one I had recieved from the call center. One of the locks on a tenant's retail space malfunctioned, and the business was closed. We couldn't leave this retail space unlocked, and risk the tenant's property. Ok I called 10 am on Monday June 18th. I told them what I needed and he said 1.5 hours they would be there. Asked several times for price quote and did not get one over phone. So tech finally shows up at 6 pm. He starts program process and then has to leave for 1.5 hrs. He returns and gives me one key that worked while he was here and 12 hrs later does not work. He says he is coming back today with new keys. At this point I'm out 300 dollars and will probably just eat it and take it to Ford. Tom came back today with different set of keys. He tried his best but I think it has something to do with training. He did get one key to program and I'm back on road again. Going to Ford to see about second key! I hired these people to repair the door handle and lock on my Toyota Tacoma pick up. They replaced the door handle without even removing the plastic cover off of the new part and they left out or lost a screw. They charged me for but did not bother to fix the lock. The door lock will still not unlock from the inside. You must roll down the window and lift the outside (now new) handle first and then the lock button can be lifted. I called them to see if they stood behind their work. They don't. I was told that the problem was different and that I will be charged again. I hired them to fix a problem that they did not fix and they leave me with a door I can't open, unsafe. The receipt that I was given does not contain the name of their business, their business address or their telephone number. These people are slip-shod, in-a-hurry and don't do the work. They go by various business names and have various temporary locations. The term, "Fly by night," seems to fit. They do not stand behind their work. Beware! read more
