DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE CROOKS! SELL YOU A KEY THAT WONT PROGRAM AND A FOB THAT QUITS WORKING AFTER A WEEK!!!!!! If I could give this place a -5 I would. This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced, it has been four weeks 8/20/2019 since I first contacted them about the key and remote I had made for my truck on 08/18/2019. Tech showed up like normal and started working. While he was working he got a few calls and was talking about "Smell Proof Bags" and "Good Green", all I figured is as long as I get my key that was stolen and my truck running again I could care less about what he does on his company time, figured he probably sells pot while hes out driving around all day. After he cut my key and programmed everything the truck would not start and he told me that he did all he can do and if it turns out to be the key to call him and drove away. I paid him 240$ and still had to have my truck towed to the house for 60$, next day I had it towed to the Dealership 60$ again and paid 235$ for a new key (because the one they sold me would not program / JUNK) and reprogram the new key. The cheap remote quit working a week after and not one boss or anybody for that matter has contacted me. Every time I have called I am put on hold and then told that Celest is busy, in a meeting or out of the office. read more

My wife lost her keys of her car at work (of course), and I looked for locksmith around her. I'm glad that I chose 469 Dfw locksmith. Because at first I had concerns that service guys can get advantage of the situation and over charge my wife, which can pay any amount that they will tell her in order to resolve her situation. Mike, the tech, was really polite and nice and even talk to me over the phone when he had some questions about the car. He got there really quick, and made an original keyless entry fob key to our Hyundai Santa Fe, in about less then an hour. But my favorite part was that the price was cheaper from the dealership quote in more the $100 !!!!! Around 3 am this morning i requested quotes from all Locksmiths on yelp. And the first response came from 469 DFW Locksmith, FYI they close at 10pm. And Not one of the Locksmiths who claim to be open 24 hrs replied before 6am. And my situation wasn't typical. I had locked house and truck keys in truck tool box. So the lock had to be picked. And they sent over a guy named ZION. Now that's a True Locksmith!! He got the box open with no damage and it was fast. Good price, polite, experienced Locksmith and on time. Actually early and that was good since I already tried a locksmith with my roadside assistance. That was a joke, nice guy but not a locksmith 469 DFW Locksmiths and Zion, I appreciate you. I was unloading my car from a long trip pput my keys down in the trunk grabbed some bags and closed the trunk.. At this point in like what the heck what am I going to do. Had a broken door handle. Called this company because they advertised being open 24/7. Talked to a dispatcher and was told a tech would contact me shortly. A tech called in less than 15 minutes saying he was on the way. I described my problem to the tech Zion and he went to work. Solved my problem quickly. He was professional and courteous.
