On top of everything, the car battery had died, and we thought we'd be stuck even longer especially when the employee at Dave's Hi Way said he would not jump the car after he watched the family sit for over 8 hours just to get a duplicate key made. Ana was a godsend. She stepped in with such compassion and made sure we got the help we needed. After spending 90 minutes creating and programming a new key, she stayed longer to help us jump the car. She refused to accept a tip for what truly felt like a life-saving act of kindness as the family had waited over an entire full day at the towing company to get assistance. Ana had no idea that a mother had flown in from across country the night before to help her daughter through a mental health crisis, that friends had been pulled into this long ordeal, and that we had already spent hours upon hours trying to bring resolution to a very painful incident.
