It was early morning but Wesley was quick to answer and was out within a half hour. Wesley unlocked my door in minutes. He was super friendly and I was immediately comfortable with him. After I paid him a very reasonable amount, he left. Within a half hour I locked myself out again!! Wesley returned quickly and opened the door. He didn't feel right charging a second service call, and with me living on Social Security, that extreme customer service was very welcome.
