The dispacther walked me through sending over a driver to jump start my car and if that didn't work, then the driver would tow my car to the dealership. Payment was done over the phone and I only had to wait 15 minutes for the driver to arrive. I would say that for the level of service, and just down right good communication with the dispatcher, along with the convenience of only having to wait 15 minutes, $100 for the jump start was worth it.
