Isaac charged me $650 for a commercial-grade lock, assuring me it was pick-proof and would prevent unauthorized entry. Not only did the lock fail to function properly--it actually became stuck--but the issue I hired him to solve remains completely unresolved. ​When I contacted him to address the malfunctioning hardware, he refused to return to service the lock or provide a refund. Furthermore, I later discovered that the lock he charged me $650 for retails for approximately $70.
