Title: Unprofessional Experience & Misleading Pricing…read more I initially reached out to In Time Locksmith through Facebook to get information about unlocking my vehicle. I clearly explained that my car did not have an ignition key and that a new key would need to be made. I was given a reasonable quote, and honestly, I thought the price might be too good to be true -- and unfortunately, it was. Fast forward to today: the technician arrived to unlock the car and began the process of making the key. Suddenly, everything changed. He stated he could no longer make the key, claimed he was "wasting his keys," and said it would now cost extra. I reminded him of the exact job I described from the beginning and even showed him the message thread. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the technician became argumentative. He told me I had asked a "stupid question" and that I needed to "learn how to ask questions." Completely unnecessary and extremely unprofessional. When I mentioned that I would leave a review, he told me he wasn't on Google. Thankfully, Yelp exists. If the job couldn't be done, there are better ways to communicate that without belittling a customer. Professionalism matters, and this experience was the opposite. I truly hope this anonymous technician learns that gracious professionalism goes a long way.

Woo, fast and friendly!…read more I couldn't ask for better service. I needed my mailbox swapped out with a new set of keys. Their pricing was the very reasonable and comparable to the other locksmith's, but my gut told me to go with this one. They're a local family owned company in this area for over 10 years+. I'm a big supporter of local businesses especially now more than ever. Anywho, it took less than 5 minutes for the whole process! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a locksmith.

The team is so knowledgeable, they were able to tell me that it was probably a worn out key (which - I didn't even think of!). Steering column unlocked = car started right up! Genius, quick, and efficient. Also super affordable!

Okay, so a while back, I finally decided to buy a second keyfob for my car. I've had it over a decade with one key. I reached out to Lulus, had a spare that day. Less than 10 minutes in the process, at my home. Good thing, because recently my original key went bye bye. Called up Lulus again, wanted an oem fob to replace. They put in an order while I was on vaca. My first day back and within hours of contacting them, tech shows up, 10 minutes, new OEM fob. Yes, competitively priced. I called two others to price out OEM fobs. Still went with Lulus, but I always compare. Sometime the key to a good life, is knowing a good locksmith that can provide an actual key. Enjoy your loved ones. Hug em hard. Get a huge hug back. Be well, donate to your food pantry. You're not giving to others, you're giving of yourself, your huge beating heart. Peace.

I'm a handicapped and can't drive myself and I have not had any success contacting the renters by telephone or mail. I cannot say enough about the kindness and professionalism of Ana and her team. What was one of the…read moremost stressful and impossible nights turned into a blessing because of her. We had been dealing with the recovery of an abandoned car after a mental health crisis, and it took nearly 10 hours for the family to even get to the point of retrieving it. By the time we arrived at the impound, we had already faced rudeness and obstacles from Dave's Hi Way Towing, and we were exhausted. On top of everything, the car battery had died, and we thought we'd be stuck even longer especially when the employee at Dave's Hi Way said he would not jump the car after he watched the family sit for over 8 hours just to get a duplicate key made. Ana was a godsend. She stepped in with such compassion and made sure we got the help we needed. After spending 90 minutes creating and programming a new key, she stayed longer to help us jump the car. She refused to accept a tip for what truly felt like a life-saving act of kindness as the family had waited over an entire full day at the towing company to get assistance. Her prices were very reasonable. Ana had no idea that a mother had flown in from across country the night before to help her daughter through a mental health crisis, that friends had been pulled into this long ordeal, and that we had already spent hours upon hours trying to bring resolution to a very painful incident. By the grace of God, with Ana's help, we were finally able to get the car out and drive it home. I am forever grateful for her patience, her heart, and her professionalism. In a world where so many people treat others with indifference, Ana showed compassion and grace when it mattered most. She is an angel, and deserves every bit of recognition for going above and beyond when we needed it most. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
