I cannot say enough about the kindness and professionalism of Ana and her team. What was one of the…read moremost stressful and impossible nights turned into a blessing because of her. We had been dealing with the recovery of an abandoned car after a mental health crisis, and it took nearly 10 hours for the family to even get to the point of retrieving it. By the time we arrived at the impound, we had already faced rudeness and obstacles from Dave's Hi Way Towing, and we were exhausted. On top of everything, the car battery had died, and we thought we'd be stuck even longer especially when the employee at Dave's Hi Way said he would not jump the car after he watched the family sit for over 8 hours just to get a duplicate key made. Ana was a godsend. She stepped in with such compassion and made sure we got the help we needed. After spending 90 minutes creating and programming a new key, she stayed longer to help us jump the car. She refused to accept a tip for what truly felt like a life-saving act of kindness as the family had waited over an entire full day at the towing company to get assistance. Her prices were very reasonable. Ana had no idea that a mother had flown in from across country the night before to help her daughter through a mental health crisis, that friends had been pulled into this long ordeal, and that we had already spent hours upon hours trying to bring resolution to a very painful incident. By the grace of God, with Ana's help, we were finally able to get the car out and drive it home. I am forever grateful for her patience, her heart, and her professionalism. In a world where so many people treat others with indifference, Ana showed compassion and grace when it mattered most. She is an angel, and deserves every bit of recognition for going above and beyond when we needed it most. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

After I assured her that I would be able to pop the trunk once in (spoiler alert, I was wrong!) she gave me an ETA of 30 minutes. An A-1 guy showed up about 20 minutes later. He opened up the car door with little difficulty but my trunk latch button would not work, much to my chagrin. And then he said they don't make fobs for my year of car. (A new fob would've cost over $200 bucks at the dealership. And I'd still be stranded) I was gonna be out the $40 cancellation fee for him showing up, which is reasonable, but he wasn't ready to admit defeat. He used his phone to research if there is a trunk release latch somewhere in the car. His first search came up no. He tried again and found another website that showed how to access the trunk release latch in the tiny cab. He worked at it and was able to find it and pull the lever that opened the trunk! I was able to get my fob and drive my car! He went above and beyond. He could've said you assured us that you can get in the trunk once the car is open. But he didn't. He wanted to finish job, and he certainly did so. I am very appreciative of his interest in helping me out and completing the job.

I was shocked to say the least. I was disappointed that he did not mention beforehand how much it would be but then when I told him how shocked I was on the extremely high cost, he said " yea, I get that alot." Don't plan on using again for a simple door knob replacement.
