I cannot say enough about the kindness and professionalism of Ana and her team. What was one of the…read moremost stressful and impossible nights turned into a blessing because of her. We had been dealing with the recovery of an abandoned car after a mental health crisis, and it took nearly 10 hours for the family to even get to the point of retrieving it. By the time we arrived at the impound, we had already faced rudeness and obstacles from Dave's Hi Way Towing, and we were exhausted. On top of everything, the car battery had died, and we thought we'd be stuck even longer especially when the employee at Dave's Hi Way said he would not jump the car after he watched the family sit for over 8 hours just to get a duplicate key made. Ana was a godsend. She stepped in with such compassion and made sure we got the help we needed. After spending 90 minutes creating and programming a new key, she stayed longer to help us jump the car. She refused to accept a tip for what truly felt like a life-saving act of kindness as the family had waited over an entire full day at the towing company to get assistance. Her prices were very reasonable. Ana had no idea that a mother had flown in from across country the night before to help her daughter through a mental health crisis, that friends had been pulled into this long ordeal, and that we had already spent hours upon hours trying to bring resolution to a very painful incident. By the grace of God, with Ana's help, we were finally able to get the car out and drive it home. I am forever grateful for her patience, her heart, and her professionalism. In a world where so many people treat others with indifference, Ana showed compassion and grace when it mattered most. She is an angel, and deserves every bit of recognition for going above and beyond when we needed it most. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I FEEL ROBBED AND SCAMMED…read more I'm absolutely disgusted by the unprofessionalism and false promises of reliability by these so called professional. Top everything off with the fact that they use different names as there company name such as UNDER LOCK & KEY LLC, Locksmith Services DFW, Dallas Lock & key, as well as Dallas Lock N key. After borrowing my bosses vehicle I lost the keys and no spare. I contacted them and quickly had a technician in route. a Guy came created not just 1 key but 6, costing me $160 via Zelle.. He then advised me that a new ignition and key would start the vehicle for another $300 (paid $50 with cash the rest Cashapp) which was scheduled for the next day. The following day I get a call saying I'd be the first customer of the day. All day I had been calling to find out when this so called technician would be coming just to be told id be called back shortly and that was a lie. After sundown a locksmith appeared. He quickly came in and was quick to be out. Spent maybe 30mins on the job. Claimed to have changed the ignition and program the key but the car wouldn't start. Lock smith said his job was complete and recommended I put gas in the car. He refused to troubleshoot it or even double check his work. He claimed that the key required no programming and that a screw driver should be able to start the car due to it being a 2004 chevy Tahoe he wiped his hands with me and said it was no longer his problem and his job there was done. Ive been calling for days! I've been hung up on by the answering service. the Times I didn't get hung up on I was told someone would call me which no one ever did. Thanks to Luis with Germany Auto Electric in Garland I now have proof of the locksmith not having had completed the job and now a running working vehicle.

But, 2 charges he never mentioned were added on. watch these guys., They will lie to you. I was told these were locksmiths who worked for the company. they are not. they are subcontractors. (after thinking on this for a week) Anyone with a reader can do this. and he was on the phone a lot while here. It might have been an actual locksmith or a support of some kind on the phone with him. Now Im researching how to change the code on the car remote. maybe car too. garage opener by Bluetooth removed. I dont trust this. partially because I worked as a shop locksmith (think support that never left the shop, cutting keys, making appointments, etc.) after thinking about it, something is off) The guy was good till he lied and charged me for things the guy on the ophone or locksmith that showed up never mentioned. Several were in the same price area if the others were honest. THESE GUYS ARE NOT ! They were going to get another job from me but not now. not sure why he needed my DL#. nothing on paper anywhere. Now i have to worry about that too the guy that showed up had the initials of J. R. , very young. Im going to call another locksmith and see if they need my ID if not I have the guys plate.

The pictures I have posted are from his first visit about a year ago when Valet Parking jammed the key in my ignition. The second time was today after getting my truck locks punched in during an attempt to steal it. He worked on it a few hours and replaced the locks on both sides along with the ignition. I find this locksmith more convenient and works faster than a locksmith just a few blocks away from where I live. I hope I don't need future work on my locks. But if I do, I'll know who to call!

My wife paid their fee, as they said that they would come out the next day. The next day they showed up and did not have the correct key. I was blown away when they said about $200! I immediately contacted Locksmith Express and asked for a refund, less their $29 service call fee. It took me weeks before i received any refund, and even then, they charged me a "key programming fee", which they said they had paid $69 for, yet their invoice was charging me $387! That's quite a mark-up. I would stay away from this company!
